It's mid-December 2014. Time for me to start using MixCloud reguIarly.
I'm a DJ & producer who owns and operates a small recording studio in Atlantic Canada. I'm a classically trained pianist, and I also play guitar and a few other instruments. I was a nightclub manager for many years, which is where I became skilled as a DJ. My primary focus when playing internationally is house/trance/techno, but I sometimes play mainstream/top40 sets at venues closer to home.
I recently completed a couple of Masters programs in Music Theory and Audio Production from the Berklee School of Music in Boston. My big goal starting in late 2015 is to start working on electronic music production professionally, and to start construction of a large professional recording studio. In the meantime, I'll be spending most of 2015 doing work in Canada's reforestation industry.
