Dirty Bytes grew up in Detroit, MI influenced heavily by the 90’s rave culture which was at its peak, he started promoting and DJing at the age of 15. Moving abroad to study Digital Technology at the Sony Institute and Audio/Video Technology and later at Columbia College, Chicago. He spent 2000-2015 in the many neighborhoods of Chi-town, New York, San Diego, Portland, OR and Costa Rica. If you listen closely you will hear remnants of his travels in his DJ sets and Live PA. Spinning records under the name DJ Logik at clubs such as Le’ Passage, Level, Zentra and Green Dolphin he fell in love with the Chicago House scene and was able to bring his own Detroit flavor to it. He celebrated his love of all things electronic by slowly fine tuning his sound into a diverse musical experience containing everything from hard tribal/acid techno to disco house to ghetto tech and everything in between.Today he resides once again in his home state of MI.
