I started out mixing on 2 tape decks that had no pitch. I had to use the pause button to speed the songs up. I had to use a small tape recorder and hold it up to my ear to cue the song so it would start on the "1" on the tape decks lol. My first gig was when I was 12 when I provided the music for my mom's 40th bday party. I was 19 when I landed my 1st residency at a 21+ club and bought my own Technic SL1200's. It's been a beautiful match made in heaven ever since! I rock everything from elementary schools to weddings!
