Boots (Real Name: Luis Mena / Age: Unknown) is a Bay Area DJ/Entrepreneur/Mythical Creature(co-owner of WCVJ) who may or may not be Frank's imaginary friend. He is often compared to the legendary big foot and the Easter Bunny (neither boots and jesus has been seen in the same room together either so he might be jesus). Although most of his origins are unknown, some believe that he is a multi-dimensional being that is capable of levitating and has came to our universe to save reality.
