Fabio "Biofa" Fernandes (1977), aka Biofa is a native of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He moved to Spain in 2001 after getting involved in important events back in Brazil where he discovered psytrance. In Europe, he joined Sinergia and Ganesha Crew before get booked by Namaha Records from India. He performed many raves parties and festivals with important names such as Paul Van Dyk, Infected Mushroom, Electric Universe, Juno Reactor, Tristan, GMS, Atomic Pulse, Absolum, Koxbox, Lucas, Sonic Species, Etnica, Rinkadink, Poli, Alchemix, Earthling, Psysex, Hilight Tribe, etc., in places like Mexico, London, Berlin, Lisbon, Madrid, Edimburgh, Rome, Valencia, Alicante, Barcelona, Malaga, Tenerife, Ibiza, and more. He joined the last Drum Parade Madrid 2009-2010 playing to more than 20.000 persons on Madrid's streets. After 10 years, at 2025, Biofa is Back and join at Fractal Roots Records.
