Influenced by the classic sounds of the US midwest, Asher Gray’s music spans the spectrum of nostalgic rave, electro, spacey house and deep Chicago jack. Producing music and djing since 1998 he has devoted most of his life to underground electronic music. He has performed from cost to cost as well as internationally but has also invested in the local scene in Milwaukee throwing his own club nights such as Spaced Out, Le Freak, and most recently the Club Ritual series which also doubles as a bi-weekly podcast. Asher is also an accomplished multi instrumentalist studying traditional forms of Celtic and European folk music. Blending the new with the old he creates music that is for the dance floor and beyond.
