Discovered in 2002 by "KEVENS" (Bob Marley family), HIROFUMI OHTA relocated to the U.S., becoming the pioneer who blew wide open the "gateway to the world" for the Japanese dance music scene.

His career milestone is a historic run at ULTRA MUSIC FESTIVAL MIAMI. As the first Japanese artist to perform there in 2003, he graced its massive stages—including the Main Stage—for eight consecutive years, sharing the spotlight with global titans like The Killers and Mauro Picotto.

As an acclaimed producer, Ohta was chosen by legendary Paul Oakenfold to remix an official FIFA World Cup anthem. His collaborations with jazz icon Robert Thomas Jr. and US chart-topping rapper Lupe Fiasco prove his musical vision effortlessly transcends genres.

Spanning House, Progressive, Trance, and EDM, Ohta’s style is infused with "love and joy." Driven by a sophisticated ear and flawless mixing, his grooves will continue to captivate global crowds.
