Fourteen corners packed into 4.3km have earned the Hungaroring its nickname: the Turnstile. Teams must rely on precision, corner after corner, lap after lap.  As Scuderia Ferrari HP heads to Budapest, HP technology is ready to power the split-second calls that keep the team in sync when the margin for error disappears.

My HP Smart Tank 675 has been a disappointing journey from the very beginning. • The original printer was DOA and had to be replaced. • The replacement later required a CPC replacement under warranty. • On 26 July, while printing a routine 15-page document, the printer failed after page 8, started making a loud clicking noise, displayed an E3 error, and stopped working. An internal plastic gear had broken. The printer was only 10 months old and still under warranty. After multiple follow-ups and escalations, HP declined my warranty claim citing "physical damage." However, HP has not explained: • Why an internal gear failure during normal use is not covered under warranty. • How it concluded the damage was customer-induced. I have requested the service engineer's report, the supporting photographs, and the specific warranty clause relied upon. Meanwhile, my printer has remained unusable since 26 July, and I continue to spend money getting my daughter's school homework printed elsewhere. I'm simply asking HP to explain its decision and honour the warranty if this failure occurred during normal use. HP Sunish Raghavan

I AM FILING A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST HP IF ANYONE WOULD LIKE TO BE APART OF THIS CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT PLEASE CONTACT ME ASAP. Thank You

"The turnstile"? I'll admit I've never heard of that term used for the Hungaroring. As an English speaking F1 fan, I'veheard of "Monaco without the boats", plenty, but not this. Care to enlighten me HP?

"The technicians did not service my new laptop properly and instead caused additional damage. Even after escalating the issue to the HP Customer Support and Escalation Team, I did not receive a proper response or a satisfactory resolution. The entire support experience has been very disappointing. I have spent a lot of time on calls and follow-ups, but my concerns have not been taken seriously. I used an Acer laptop for 10 years without any major issues, but this HP laptop has not even lasted a year. I expected better quality and customer service from a brand like HP. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend buying HP laptops. Very disappointing customer service and escalation team. Please Don't buy HP Laptops Very Very Disappointed

Kindly resolve my touchpad issue, i am getting no support in india. What is the use of being a loyal customer to hp from so long if i cant avail the global warranty services in India? I have contacted your toll free number, i have visited your hp service centre in bhopal, madhya pradesh and people are telling that your product cannot get services since you have bought it from US. When i bought my laptop in US they told me that you will have a GLOBAL WARRANTY, and in india HP people are saying you will not get the warranty in india and you have to take your laptop back to the US from where you have bought. Then whats the use of GLOBAL WARRANTY? A customer is not aware of your hidden terms and conditions! Is it my fault that i have bought your laptop thinking that i bought one of the best machines. First issue i have faced of touchpad being failed continuously right after 20-25 days of buying the laptop. This laptop is having some serious issue right from the starting. Very disappointing experience with my new HP 15-FC0690AU laptop purchased from Amazon. The laptop is not working properly, and I found that the warranty had already been activated before my purchase date. I have contacted Amazon and the seller, but instead of resolving the issue, I am being redirected from one to the other. As a customer, I expect a new product with the correct warranty period and proper support. Requesting HP and Amazon to please look into this matter and provide a genuine resolution.
