Recently, the UES Texas Region Marketing team came together for a productive and engaging Marketing Retreat focused on professional development and team building. The retreat featured an InDesign training session led by Julie Shaffer, FSMPS, CPSM along with presentations from management that provided valuable insights into department goals, strategic initiatives, and opportunities for growth. Afterwards, the team also participated in a bonding experience at Activate, an interactive gaming facility where participants work together to complete a variety of challenges. The experience encouraged teamwork, communication, and problem-solving. The retreat was a valuable opportunity for the team to learn and return to work with fresh ideas and renewed energy. #TeamUES #Marketing #AEC
