Productive and Fun

Working at block was amazing because of the work environment even though it was remote, the benefits were amazing, and, the potential for excelling on your own projects were amazing.

Poor middle management and lack of direction from leadership. Talented teams and the people are very kind but extremely mismanaged - lots of confusion and whiplash due to leadership decisions made on a whim.
