Question 1

What exactly do I get in each pack?

Accepted Answer

Pack Course ($49) is the method: 3+ hours of video training, zero filler, with the exact prompt behind every lesson — 50+ prompts and templates you copy and paste. Pack App ($89) is the studio: the full Hooked app with 20+ video formats, 83 AI avatars and 76 voices in 25 languages, script generator, editor, captions and publishing, with commercial rights on everything you make. The Complete Pack ($99) is both, connected — every lesson's prompt opens in the builder in one click. All three are one payment, yours for life, with free updates forever.

Question 2

Do I need credits or a subscription to generate videos?

Accepted Answer

No. The lifetime packs carry no credits and no monthly fee. You plug in your own OpenRouter and ElevenLabs keys once, and generation is billed by those providers directly, at cost — typically under $1 per finished ad. We add zero markup: the app shows you the real provider cost before every generation, so there are never surprises and never a meter running on our side.

Question 3

Is it really one payment? No renewals, no hidden fees?

Accepted Answer

Really. You pay once and the pack is yours for life — the course, the app, and every update we ship. There is no renewal date, no tier to maintain, and nothing that expires. The only ongoing cost is your own generation spend, paid directly to your AI providers at cost, in cents. If you generate nothing one month, you spend nothing.

Question 4

What happens if a video fails to generate?

Accepted Answer

You re-run it. Since generation runs on your own provider keys at cost, a failed render never burns a credit — the packs have none — and providers only bill for compute that actually ran. The app detects failures, tells you what happened, and lets you relaunch in one click. If something persistently breaks on our side, support investigates and fixes it; keeping the pipeline reliable is our job, for life.

Question 5

Is there anything to cancel?

Accepted Answer

No — and that's the point. There is no subscription underneath, no renewal to remember, no card being charged every month. You bought it, you own it, like software used to work. If you stop making videos for six months and come back, everything is still there: your projects, your access, and every update we shipped while you were away.

Question 6

What is the refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Because your payment unlocks instant lifetime access to the complete course and app — digital goods you can consume immediately — all sales are final. Before you buy, everything is on the table: the full curriculum is itemized on this page, and the entire app is walkable at hooked.so/app. If you hit a genuine problem with your purchase, write to support and a human will sort it out.

Question 7

How can Hooked transform my video content creation?

Accepted Answer

Hooked is your secret weapon for creating professional, scroll-stopping videos in minutes instead of hours or days. Our AI-powered platform analyzes millions of viral videos across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube to understand what makes content perform. When you create with Hooked, this intelligence is built into every script, visual, and hook we generate. Whether you're creating UGC-style ads for your ecommerce brand, talking avatar videos for your personal brand, or faceless content for monetized channels, Hooked handles the entire production process—from writing attention-grabbing scripts to generating realistic AI avatars that speak your script, voice and lip movement included. Creators and marketers who switch to Hooked typically report saving 10+ hours per week on video production while actually increasing their content output and engagement rates.

Question 8

Do I need video editing experience to use Hooked?

Accepted Answer

Not at all—Hooked is specifically designed for creators of all skill levels, including complete beginners with zero video editing experience. Our intuitive interface guides you through each step of the video creation process. Simply describe what you want to create or paste a URL for inspiration, select your preferred AI avatar and voice, choose a visual style, and let our AI handle everything else. The platform automatically generates scripts optimized for engagement, selects appropriate visuals, applies professional transitions, adds captions, and renders the final video. Most new users create their first professional-quality video within 5 minutes of signing up. If you want more control, our built-in editor lets you fine-tune every detail, but it's completely optional.

Question 9

What types of videos can I create with Hooked?

Accepted Answer

Hooked supports multiple video formats optimized for different platforms and use cases. Talking Avatar videos feature AI-generated spokespersons speaking your script, with the voice and lip movement generated together by the video model, natural facial expressions, and emotion control—perfect for explainers, tutorials, and personal brand content. Script to Video transforms any text into cinematic short-form videos with AI narration and dynamically generated visuals. UGC-Style Ads create authentic user-generated content style videos ideal for social advertising. TikTok Slideshows produce viral image carousels with text overlays and trending audio. Product Ads showcase ecommerce products with professional B-roll and compelling hooks. Hook + Demo combines attention-grabbing opening hooks with product demonstrations. All formats export in vertical (9:16), square (1:1), or horizontal (16:9) aspect ratios optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.

Question 10

How long does video generation take with Hooked?

Accepted Answer

Video generation on Hooked is remarkably fast compared to traditional production methods. Most videos are ready in 2-5 minutes, depending on the video length, complexity, and current server load. Our optimized AI pipeline processes script analysis, avatar rendering, voice synthesis, visual generation, and video composition simultaneously to minimize wait times. You can generate multiple videos in parallel—start one rendering, begin creating the next, and they'll all process concurrently. You'll receive a notification when each video is ready, so you don't need to wait around watching a progress bar. This speed enables rapid iteration and A/B testing of different creative approaches.

Question 11

How realistic are Hooked's AI avatars?

Accepted Answer

Hooked uses state-of-the-art AI avatar technology that produces highly realistic talking head videos. The video model generates each avatar's voice and lip movement together, so the mouth matches the speech in any language, along with natural facial expressions that convey emotion, smooth head movements, and realistic eye contact. You can control the emotional delivery—make your avatar sound excited, serious, friendly, or professional—and the facial expressions will match. Choose from our library of 100+ diverse avatars representing different ages, ethnicities, and styles, or create custom AI avatars from your own photos to build a recognizable brand presence. While AI technology continues to improve, we recommend shorter video clips (15-90 seconds) for optimal realism, especially for advertising where authenticity is critical.

Can I use Hooked videos to monetize on TikTok and YouTube?

Accepted Answer

Each language version uses native-speaking AI voices for authentic pronunciation and natural delivery. Many ecommerce brands and global creators use this feature to scale their advertising and content across multiple countries without the cost and complexity of hiring translators and voice actors for each market.

This full ownership model gives you complete freedom and peace of mind when building your brand or business with Hooked.

Question 19

Are there content restrictions on what I can create?

Accepted Answer

Hooked has content guidelines to ensure our platform is used responsibly and ethically. We prohibit creating content that is harmful, violent, threatening, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or designed to spread misinformation. Our AI avatars cannot be used to impersonate real individuals without their explicit consent, create deepfakes for malicious purposes, or generate content that could deceive viewers about the nature of the speaker. We also prohibit content that violates intellectual property rights or promotes illegal activities. Violations of these guidelines may result in content removal or account suspension. These policies exist to protect our community and ensure Hooked is used to create authentic, valuable content that benefits viewers.

Question 20

Can I automate video creation and posting with Hooked?

Accepted Answer

Yes, Hooked offers powerful automation features for creators and businesses who need to scale their content production. You can set up automated campaigns that generate videos based on triggers like new RSS feed items, blog post publications, product catalog updates, or scheduled intervals. Combine this with our scheduling feature to automatically publish content to your connected social accounts at optimal times. This means you can maintain a consistent posting schedule across multiple platforms without daily manual effort. Automation is particularly valuable for agencies managing multiple client accounts, ecommerce brands with large product catalogs, news and media publishers, and anyone who wants to maintain high-volume content output without burning out.

Question 21

Can I A/B test different video creatives with Hooked?

Accepted Answer

Definitely—Hooked makes A/B testing fast and cost-effective. Because video generation takes just minutes, you can quickly create multiple variations of the same concept to test different approaches. Change the hook to see which opening captures more attention. Swap avatars to test which spokesperson resonates better with your audience. Try different visual styles, music tracks, or call-to-action phrases. Generate 5, 10, or even 20 variations in the time it would take to manually edit one video. Our analytics integration helps you track performance across variations so you can identify winning combinations and double down on what works. This iterative, data-driven approach is essential for optimizing ad performance and maximizing ROI on your content investment.
