The cryo treatment was absolutely wonderful. As usual, Lourdes took the time to explain each step of the treatment, and once again before every product application. I was able to fully relax and enjoy the entire 90-minute session. The results were just as satisfying — my skin felt refreshed, regenerated, and truly able to breathe.

Had dermaplaning, cryo, and milia removal today. Verra is very professional, she only recommends treatments that your skin truly needs. No hard selling at all, and she constantly checks your comfort throughout the session. Totally worth the money. And oh, the tea after the service was so refreshing! I’ll definitely be back. I booked a session with my daughter to try the enclosed Cryo chamber (only ever done the Cryo saunas before), followed by compression boots and the infrared sauna. Nick was super friendly, helpful, and informative about what to expect. We loved the modern, super clean, and beautiful space, though it would have been helpful to have separate changing rooms to leave our things and allow a little bit more time after the final session to fully enjoy the whole experience. It would have made it easier to get changed rather than in the damp hot sauna space & less rushed for the next waiting client.

I did the Cryotherapy and Oxygen Chamber. Was amazing… felt rejuvenated after the first Cryotherapy and then deeply relaxed and restored from the Oxygen. I could feel a lot more healing was done on the body beyond what I’m even aware of and looking forward to more sessions!

Kelly is really sweet! I did 4 sessions of red light and invisi red, that makes you lose fat. They have a special scale that tells you your before and after in numbers and percentages. I was sooo happy that i lost fat and weight. I recommend every body to try it! And also she has wonderful prices for cryotherapy 55 per session!!

I’ve worked out and eaten healthy for years, but still had stubborn lower stomach fat that wouldn’t budge. I did the Cryo Sculpting treatment and was honestly impressed with how easy and comfortable it was. No downtime, quick session, and within a few weeks my waist looked noticeably tighter. I just finished 3 sessions and super happy with the results. Everything has been professional, simple and straight forward. Definitely worth trying if diet and gym aren’t enough. Had a really great experience at Below Zero Cryo. I'm actively addressing my weight due to medical conditions. I tried a 2hr session with T-Shock, Wonder, & Cryo Chamber. Felt very respected throughout. T-Shock was painless, like ice over one area. Wonder involved wearing a tight top and leggings, water sprayed on 5 muscle groups and electronic muscle stimulation. I controlled the intensity so it is manageable. 3min Cryo was freezing but great therapist support and music. After, felt tingly all over and given nice cup of peppermint tea. A bit tired/achy the next day. Overall-great experience.

Today I had the most incredible experience with Dr Najia at Cryo SubZero. After consultation we decided the best option for me to try first was the Cryotherapy chamber. I was a little apprehensive at first as I don’t really like feeling cold-but I was truly amazed by this treatment. I felt so alive afterwards! My skin felt all tingly and tight and my brain fog was alleviated. I will absolutely do this again and try other therapies next time! The facility is incredible! Five stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Really friendly service and overall great experience. I booked less than an hour before my first ever session and when I got there I was greeted by name and everything was explained. Sauna was relaxing and I felt energised after the cryo chamber. Will recommend.
