I came to Regen clinic in Norwich for a Japanese head spa treatment, with Marie. When I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a friendly smile. It was the most amazing treatment I’ve ever had. I felt so comfortable, cosy and thoroughly relaxed during the whole treatment. Marie was very professional, she listened to my concerns and advised me on aftercare for my hair and skin. Thank you ever so much, highly recommend.

So happy with my experience at H Derma Beautu Aesthetics Norwich. It was my first time coming here. I had 3 areas of botox done and I was so impressed with Georgia. She was lovely and made me feel very welcome. She was very professional and knew her stuff! Will definitely be coming back for more treatments. I love the fact she is so central and easy to get to. Bryony is not only fabulous but is also so lovely and welcoming.. and I would 100 % highly recommend the Ultimate Rejuvenation Facial. This treatment is one of the best facials you can have and the results are so good. I’ve been going to Bryony a few times now for one of the most amazing facials (Ultimate Rejuvenation Facial) that she offers. Bryony makes you feel at ease and relaxed and her knowledge of the skin and aesthetics is impeccable and what I like is that she really has your best interests at heart, with no pushing to have treatments. I personally would never consider going elsewhere as she prides herself on providing results that are so natural.

I had a Hydrafacial with Chris today and it was honestly one of the best treatments I’ve had. He is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly very experienced — he really knows his stuff and explained everything in a way that felt reassuring and professional. Chris was also so friendly and made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. Just a really nice, calm presence, which makes such a difference during a treatment. I had today a personalised deep cleansing treatment with Filipa (+ Gua Sha) and it was incredibly relaxing. My watch even recorded that I fell asleep for over an hour 😄 My skin felt fresh, glowing, and deeply cleansed afterwards. Highly recommend!

Amazing appointment with Kelly today. The Room was extremely clean and well presented. I was made to feel very comfortable and throughout my treatment Kelly always checked if I was ok or in any pain which I wasn’t ever. I was in for combination brows. I had a rough idea what I wanted them to look like but Kelly knew exactly what to suggest. I absolutely love my brows. The detail is incredible. My only regret is that I didn’t have them done years ago. I will definitely spread the word and looking forward to coming back for other treatments. Thank you 🫶😊

Would recommend Meicha to anyone! I had two areas of botox today and honestly didn’t feel a thing - although being so scared of needles! She made me feel so at ease and explained everything to me and was happy to answer any questions I had. Andy did an amazing skin peel for me. The difference was instant and something I had been cautious to undertake as I wanted a skilled professional to deliver the service and Andy was both of these. I have suffered with acne rosacea for many years, however after my skin peel my pours are less visible, my active acne has reduced and my rosacea has begun to calm down after two treatments! I’m delighted with the wonderful service and aftercare advice I have been provided with as well as a first class service.

Kelly is by far the best eyebrow practitioner in Norwich! She really takes care and an interest in getting the best result for you long term depending on your skin type and lifestyle factors and eyebrows always look fab! She’s a lovely kind lady and I will never go anywhere else thanks Kelly x

Had a roots touch-up and my eyebrows threaded. I have tried a lot of eyebrow places in Norwich but this is the best so far! I really appreciated the excellent roots touch-up, too. Hairdresser was very experienced and did it super neatly and efficiently (and it looked noticeably shiny and straight afterwards). Staff are friendly and very efficient, and skilled at what they do. Great prices and service, highly recommended.

I’ve had several facial treatments at the salon, including chemical peels, Dermalogica regular facials—always with Hiral. She is friendly, professional, and makes me feel completely at ease. I'm a very happy customer and highly recommend her!

Amazing treatment had today, first time having a peel and I’m now hooked, my skin feels so hydrated, looks super glowy, smooth and pores are diminished… I was spoken through the treatment from start to finish and felt so at ease, very professional, friendly with an excellent result too 10/10
