Customer Data subprocessors

Eigent Customer Data subprocessors

Eigent uses selected third-party subprocessors to help deliver, secure, support, and operate applicable cloud-connected services. This page lists public Customer Data subprocessors used for applicable Eigent-operated services, support, professional services, or related enterprise data services.

Other service providers used for website, billing, analytics, recruiting, customer communications, or internal business operations are described by category in our Privacy Policy and are not listed here unless they process Customer Data on behalf of Eigent for the Services. Enterprise customers may request additional vendor and security documentation under NDA or the applicable DPA.

Customer-controlled deployments / BYO-key

Customer data, prompts, outputs, files, model API keys, and tool credentials remain in the customer's environment by default.

Eigent-operated cloud services

When a customer chooses Eigent-hosted features, certain data may be processed by Eigent and its subprocessors as described here.

Support / professional services

Support data may be processed when a customer deliberately sends logs, screenshots, seed data, sample data, configuration materials, or remote-access content.

Data categories

Account Data

Business contact details, user account information, admin contacts, licence, entitlement, and subscription metadata.

Usage and Diagnostic Data

Feature usage metadata, timestamps, configuration metadata, error logs, crash reports, and security events.

Support Data

Logs, screenshots, seed data, sample files, configuration materials, reproduction data, or remote access content deliberately provided by a customer for support, onboarding, testing, configuration, or professional services.

Customer Content

Prompts, inputs, outputs, files, tasks, seed data, sample data, configuration materials, or workflow content processed in cloud-connected services only where the customer enables those features.

Public Customer Data subprocessors

These providers may process Customer Data or personal data on behalf of Eigent for applicable cloud-connected services, support, professional services, or related data services. Customer-selected third-party services

Eigent allows customers to connect their own cloud platforms, model APIs, MCP tools, Git providers, communication tools, data sources, and other services. In customer-controlled and BYO-key workflows, those services are selected and configured by the customer and are governed by the customer's own agreements with those providers.

Subprocessor updates

Eigent may update these lists from time to time. For enterprise customers with a signed DPA or MSA, subprocessor notification rights, objection periods, and related terms are governed by the applicable agreement. Other service-provider updates are handled according to the Privacy Policy and applicable customer agreements.
