Title show ' as ' but other french caracters ok

Hello,

Was wandering why my view (7.x-3.11) shows all ' as ' (the é and à... are ok) in Title (see image). Note: in views's preview, it's ok ; the ' is displayed only when creating a node.

I had to configure it with request parameters "Disable SQL rewriting" because of Commerce module (7.x-1.11).
It's a view "Entity Reference list", used to pick an reference when creating content.

Checking or not "Strip HTML tags" on the Title as no effect.

Anyone else had that kind of issue ?
