Ideally situated in the centre of Kyoto, ALA HOTEL KYOTO features air-conditioned rooms, a fitness centre, free WiFi and a restaurant. I loved the room. It was spacious and very clean (big enough to accomodate two big open suitcases). The lobby staff all spoke English. The baths were also spacious and clean. Every floor has a vending machine which is also awesome. When it was time to leave the staff took care of measuring our luggage and filling out the form to send our luggage to our next hotel. When I lost my credit card and it was found by the police, the staff called my room and let me know then they printed out a map and gave me clear instructions on where to go to get it back. All in all, my stay here was very plesant and me and my spouse intend to stay with them again in the future.

Hotel molt ben situat, aprop de l'estació central de Kyoto (shinkansen) i de parades de metro i autobús que porten allà on desitgeu anar. Les instal·lacions son molt noves i boniques. Destacaria l'esmorzar, que ens va semblar molt bo. En el mateix restaurant on s'esmorza també fan dinars senzills però molt bons i el personal és molt atent, tant el del restaurant com el de l'hotel en general.
