“We just spent 1 night there for valentine's and everything was more than perfect.
From start to end it was exceptional service and quality.
-After I booked it through booking.com i left a note that i want a romantic dinner for valentine's, 30 mins later someone calls me to follow up and organize the dinner for me.
Shella was the person who organized that for us and she was super helpful, we chose the menu and the gazebo setting (see pictures). That was all done before i even arrive.
-As you drive in the property the valet service is very organized and people are all smiling and friendly.
-During check in eveyone was super friendly. We were upgraded to a better view room. We got room no. 3 in villa no. 108.
I highly recommend it. Very spacious and perfect view.
Also during check in I gave them some decoration items and pictures I wanted to add tk the romantic dinner and they were very friendly and helpful.
-we get in the room and they have made cute decorations and left us cute cake.
The room itself is great and perfectly furnished. I loved the calligraphy frame above the bed.
The room had a dome and great view.
-the beach is great and water sports are nice.
-the romantic dinner was amazing.
Our waiter's name was Cornelius, and boy oh boy he was amazing. The best service i have ever had. True meaning of hospitality.
