Located in Bakijurura, 1.6 miles from Lake Mburo National Park, Kigarama Wilderness Lodge Mburo has accommodations with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. We really appreciated cool pool after driving on dusty roads. The staff was very friendly and hospitable. The place was really original (especially the decoration) and clean. We enjoyed beautiful view.

Located in Kisoro, 29 miles from Mgahinga Gorilla National Park, Gorilla Leisure Lodge has accommodations with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. Gorilla Leisure Lodge totally blew me away. If you’re heading to Bwindi for trekking, this place is it—don’t look any further. I’ve traveled around Uganda before, and this was definitely one of my top stays. The quality of the lodge is way beyond what you'd expect for the price. Everything was new and spotless, the food was delicious, and the overall value is unbeatable. A huge shoutout to Madinah and the rest of the team—the people at Gorilla Leisure Lodge are among the kindest I’ve ever met. They went out of their way to make sure I was smiling from start to finish. We went gorilla trekking at Rushaga gate (amazing!) and the lodge is just a 15-minute drive away. Unlike some who have to wake up at 4 AM to drive an hour and a half on rough roads, you’re super close to everything here. Gorilla Leisure Lodge is a hidden gem thats only 15 minutes away from the gate. My only regret is that we stayed just one night. It would have been perfect to return after trekking and unwind on the porch with the beautiful mountain views. I would have loved to see the sunset and soak up more of the lodge’s serenity. Gorilla Leisure Lodge is top-notch, and the warmth of the team makes you feel right at home. I’ve already recommended it to my family, and I’d definitely come back in a heartbeat!

Located in Mbale, 31 miles from Tororo Railway Station, Cwmbale Eco-Safari Lodges, Restaurant and Zoo. Has accommodations with a garden, free private parking, a restaurant and a bar. The facility was wonderful, vibrant, open spaces on the slope of beautiful Wanale Ridge. The cabins were spacious and comfortable, but the best was the staff - everyone we met was courteous, kind, and accommodating. We had a very unique special request, staff went above and beyond helping us. We would be more than happy to stay again.

Located in Kapchorwa and with Sipi Falls reachable within 4.1 miles, Rock Garden Sipi provides a terrace, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi throughout the property and a bar. Alex and family are extremely friendly and do everything in their power to make your stay comfortable. The dinner and breakfast are delicious and served in buffet form so you can eat as much of all the goodies as you want. We arranged the Sipi Falls hike with Alex and our guide, Eric was knowledgeable and friendly. The accomodation is beautiful with a view point and a well maintained garden. Would recommend this little spot to anyone staying in the region.

Murchison Palace features a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and bar in Pakwach East. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a grill. The location is stunning. The staff were amazing and the food they prepared was great.

Facing the beachfront, Paradise Eco-Hub offers 3-star accommodations in Kabale and has a garden, private beach area and shared lounge.

Located in Kasenyi, 12 miles from Queen Elizabeth National Park, Euphorbia Safari Lodge provides accommodations with a garden, free private parking, a restaurant and a bar. First of all we would like to thank Euphorbia staff and all community welcoming us so warmly. We were the only quests in the lodge and therefore it was even a bit embarrassing to have so many people looking after us, not used to such level of attention and hospitality but it was very much appreciated. The banda where we stayed for 3 nights was very comfortable and spacious with private bathroom and 2 comfortable wide beds. The food was delicious, the best we had during our entire trip to Uganda. But the most important thing was the location: the lodge is located in Kasenyi peninsula which is the richest area in QENP for game drives and it was especially good for morning safari not to wake early because of long drive. Driving 5 km from the village we already saw hippos and pumbas moving around, not to mention antelopes and every kind of goats and smaller animals. We also met lions and leopard with babies in this area of the park. In overall I would definitely stay again when visiting this park in the future and strongly recommend when choosing the place to stay to discover QENP.

Located in Kampala, 1.9 miles from Kampala Wonder World Amusement Park, Latitude 0 Degrees has accommodations with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness center and a garden. It was nice, and I can say it was one of the best hotels I have been to. The interior design was incredible. The hospitality was very warm and friendly. I will come back to repeat that experience.
