HERE’S HOW TO PLACE A PORTRAIT ORDER!

  1. Select Photos: Choose 3-5 photos (they can be old photos!) that you would like to have painted. Ensure that the photos clearly show the subject's head and any desired details.

2. Email Order Details: Send an email to info@amysworkshop.com with the following information:

  • Attached photos for reference.

  • Choice of size: 5x7, 8x10, or 11x14. (Custom sizing is available!)

  • Your shipping address for delivery. (Flat rate Shipping is $25 per order.)

  • & Any additional details or preferences you have for the portrait(s).

3. Pricing: The pricing is based on one head per portrait. If you would like additional heads in the portrait, please indicate this in your email. Each additional head is priced at +$50.

4. Confirmation Email: You will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours of sending your order. This email will include the total cost of your project.

5. Payment: Full payment is required to place your order. Once you receive the confirmation email with the project total, proceed with the payment to finalize your order. (Accepted payment: Venmo or Zelle Quickpay.)

6. Delivery: You’ll be sent a Tracking Number as soon as it ships! Be on the lookout for Amy’s signature tape on the box and delivered to the provided shipping address!

FAQs

What is the turnaround for a Custom Portrait(s)?

Turnaround time is 3-6 weeks, but if you need your painting sooner, please leave a note with your inquiry!

Is there an expedite fee for a faster turnaround?

For portraits needed before 2 weeks from time of payment, there is a $45 expedite fee.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

Custom Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placing an order and receive a full refund. This applies to Expedited orders with the exception of the Expedite Fee ($45). Refunds after 48 hours may vary due to the purchase of materials, scheduling, etc. Please be confident in your ordering to avoid.

What happens if my order is damaged or lost?

Unfortunately it can happen, but don’t worry, you’ll be taken care of! Orders that are lost will be repainted and resent to you (with no extra charge). If an order or package is damaged, please email photos to info@amysworkshop.com with your tracking number. However, stolen packages do not fall under this policy.

How many heads can I fit into my Order

For 5x7 sizes, I would recommend a maximum of 2 heads; 8x10 max of 3/4 heads; for 11x14 max of 4/5 heads. This can depend on sizes of each head, hair, etc.
