You can find the list of pre-configured languages by going to WPMLSettingsLanguages and opening Search and add a language….
If you want to use automatic translation, see which translation engines support each language.
If you want to know the language code of each language on your site, you can take a look at the WPML database tables for all languages. Or, you can go to WPMLSettingsLanguages and open Edit on the language’s row: its language code is listed there.
Can’t find your language? Add it yourself
If your language is not included in the pre-configured list of languages, you can add custom or country-specific languages.
