Terms of Service

Wemify is a social media content workspace for planning, creating, reviewing, scheduling, and publishing content across social media platforms. The product is currently offered in beta, which means features may change as we improve the platform.

Wemify is not yet a registered company or legal entity and does not have an organisation number, business address, VAT number, or invoicing process. Before Wemify begins full commercial operations, paid subscriptions, invoicing, or wider commercial processing of customer data, these terms and our other legal pages will be reviewed and updated with the correct registered company information and any other details required by law.

You need an account to use Wemify. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for what happens under your account. If you create a workspace for a team, you confirm that you have permission to act on behalf of that team.

You agree not to use Wemify to:

• Break the law or infringe other people's rights.
• Send spam, phishing, or other abusive content.
• Use the product in a way that invades other people's privacy.
• Upload sensitive personal categories of data unless it is necessary and lawful for you to do so.
• Store payment card numbers, government identification numbers, or similar sensitive identifiers inside the app.
• Misuse the product for scraping, contact enrichment, or harvesting personal data.
• Attempt to disrupt the service or access data that is not yours.
• Reverse engineer the platform or attempt to bypass security controls.

Wemify is designed for marketing planning, content workflows, and lightweight business contact tracking. You agree to only add data into Wemify that fits this purpose.

• You must have a valid reason and the right to add any business contact data you store in Wemify.
• You should not enter sensitive personal data into comments, notes, CRM fields, drafts, or AI prompts unless it is necessary and lawful.
• You are responsible for your own compliance with the laws that apply to the contacts, leads, campaigns, and content you create or store.
• Wemify is not designed to be the system of record for highly sensitive personal data such as health, financial account, government ID, or special-category data.

You keep ownership of the content you create or upload in Wemify. You give us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, adapt, transmit and display that content for one purpose only: running the service for you and your workspace members. That includes sending the parts needed to our AI provider when you use an AI feature, and sending your post and media to the social platform you selected when you publish or schedule. The license ends when you delete the content or your account.

You are responsible for the content you enter and publish, including holding the rights to any text, image or brand asset you upload.

AI output is assistive, not advice, and can be inaccurate, generic or outdated. You must review it before publishing, and you are responsible for anything you publish, whether you wrote it or the AI drafted it. Wemify makes no claim that AI output is original, non-infringing or fit for a particular purpose. Details of what data is sent to AI are in the AI & Data Policy.

SEO Opportunity Scores and SEO ideas are estimated from your inputs and our internal logic. They are not based on live keyword rankings, live search volume, or live SERP data, and they do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, sales, or revenue.

When you connect a social account you authorize Wemify to publish, schedule and read performance data for that account on your behalf. You must follow each platform's own terms, advertising rules and content policies. You are responsible for what is published under your accounts.

Publishing depends on third-party APIs that we do not control. Posts can be delayed, rejected or fail because of platform limits, outages, token expiry or policy decisions. Wemify is not liable for those failures or for any resulting loss of reach or revenue, and we do not guarantee a specific publish time.

Wemify is currently in beta and does not issue invoices. Paid plans are processed by our payment provider. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings, and your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. Payments are fully paid at the start of each period and are not refunded pro rata unless the law requires it. Payment processing is handled by Stripe; Wemify does not store your payment card details.

Creative credits and add-ons are part of the service, have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged, and consumed credits are not refundable. Plan allowances renew each billing period and unused monthly allowance does not roll over. Purchased credit packs remain available while your account is active.

Prices and plan limits may change. We will give reasonable advance notice before a change affects your next renewal, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

You can stop using Wemify at any time and delete your account from Settings. We may suspend access temporarily where there is a security risk, an unpaid charge or suspected violation, and we may close accounts that repeatedly or seriously breach these terms.

After you delete your account, your workspace content is removed as described in the Privacy Policy. Export anything you want to keep before deleting, because we cannot restore it afterwards.

Wemify is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may add, change or discontinue features. If we remove something you rely on, we will give reasonable notice where we can.

To the extent allowed by law, Wemify is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost revenue, lost reach or lost data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the previous 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to cover claims brought against us that arise from content you published through Wemify or from your breach of these terms.

How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, the AI & Data Policy and the subprocessors page. If you use Wemify for business purposes and need a data processing agreement, request one at privacy@wemify.com and we will provide our standard terms once Wemify is a registered legal entity and begins full commercial operations.

We may update these terms over time. If we make a meaningful change, we will let you know inside the product or by email. Continued use of Wemify after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Wemify integrates with third-party services including Zernio (social publishing), Stripe (payments), Google (authentication) and our AI provider. By using Wemify you also accept the relevant terms of those providers. The full list is on the subprocessors page.

These terms are governed by Swedish law, and disputes are handled by the Swedish courts, without affecting any consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
