There are mainly two reasons which made it great.

First, the price that wirkaufendeinauto provided was the fairest of all that I could find. Some others offered more than 2000€ less than what I got.

Second, the process was extremely simple and relaxed. You can chill and relax while a team member examines your car, using a standard procedure. From what I can see, the price is fixed afterwards and usually reflects what your car is worth on the market. I don't think one could argue about the price, and neither was this needed in my opinion. In the whole process, I was dealing with a technician and not a sales person, which means that they don't start talking to you by playing with psychology and expectations. I think the whole process is much more subjective than playing meaningless mind games with sales persons.

To sum up, it was a very postive process and I think it should benefit someone who prefers a honest and no-BS style transaction.

Mr. Luca Felice has been exceptionally patient and knowledgable during our call, to answer my questions regarding a potential purchase. He is very calm and nice, and can speak fluent English, which made it so much easier for me to ask all the questions that I wanted.

Later he also guided me through verification after purchase, and answered more questions from me. I really appreciate his help throughout the whole purchase process.
