Review of Broadbent & Co
While the process took longer than expected and mentioned, Broadbent have been exceptional with communication. For my DSA needs assessment, I had Bev as an assessor and I have absolutely no complaints. Bev was very understanding and open to vouching for any additional support needs I requested. All the software was explained well, and further support with this was given via email. Thanks a lot Bev and Broadbent!
Review of FlixBus
I’ve used FlixBus twice in the last week and the driver’s have been the sweetest people. I can’t remember one driver’s name, however Jason was a sweetheart and helping people with their luggage in the pouring rain in Leeds - I got on at Leeds Uni. The other driver let the parents of two small children know that if they had any problems, he could stop at a service station for 5 minutes to accommodate to them which was lovely of him.
Also in terms of extras, there’s free wifi, air con, chargers etc. Would recommend! Thanks guys!
