I designed a cute T shirt for my daughter but as it's my first time I wasn't confident it would be great. It was fantastic! The T-shirt was good quality and the print was very vivid colours, smooth & finished well. It was amazing. The T was sized correctly too- both my daughter and I were over the moon. I am trying to ask questions about an order that I have not received and have no status for, despite the money having left my account days ago. I cannot speak on chat and there is no way of cancelling the order. the emails remain unanswered. There is no other way to contact them, so basically they have taken my money for NOTHING! I will be contacting the bank to claim my money back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS- taking money without providing goods is stealing- NOT cool!

I'm sorry to hear that your order hasn't arrived as expected.
Due to COVID-19, certain reservations have been made for both us and the freight companies in order to create extra security, so that the risk of contamination is kept to a minimum. This also means that the workflow is undergoing certain changes and are therefore more complex than usual. Because of this, there may also be slight delays in shipping and delivery as you experienced.

I am a bit sad because I really wanted to receive my items within 2/3 days, but I won't because they are still processing them. i chatted to a lovely lady- Keyleigh- to see if i could expediate delivery but I can't. it's my own fault for leaving it too late before my holidays really. I can't tell you what the goods will be like, i just hope Royal Mail hold them longer than the 14days, because i wont be able to pick them up within that time frame. It is a shame i missed the next day delivery somehow ( I don't remember seeing it at checkout, although it must have been there). Kayleigh was very helpful and did her best, but was only able to inform me of what will happen to my things if they are not delivered in time, and unable to actually change the outcome. (Not her fault). I am keeping my fingers crossed they will be delivered on time so i can use the lovely things on my holidays. If their delivery times are accurate i will, but seeing as they are still being processed and we are halfway through that time period, i doubt it. Let's wait and see........

I ordered a thousand leaflets for my business using my own design. I chose a deal on a better quality paper and it came in cheaper than a lot of competing companies. The web site was relatively easy to use, and my design uploaded without any issue. The leaflets were delivered on time and I was pleasantly suprised to see they were really good quality for such a value deal. The colours were bright, everything was accurate and my leaflets look professional and attractive. Overall, good quality, good value, good service and eay to do. Shall use again and reccommend.
