Review of Communications Ombudsman
Pointless exercise as they are financed by phone companies. They refuse to accept that UK laws are superior to phone company policies. Imagine turning up for a football match only to find out that the referee is paid by the other team ! No wonder they always side with the phone companies. Ignore these imposters and go to Money Claim On Line. The law projects you these fakes will not.

Bought sim card. App never worked. Card never worked.
Id Mobile now trying to say i had acontract and owe them money.
Very untrustworthy company. They do not accept emails on any subject. Obviously to avoid customers having written proof of their problems.
Avoid at all costs.

Ordered a home delivery on 13th Feb. Bought six items from the Valentine's Day meal deal. Then at 9am Valentine's Day I get an email telling me they don't have any of the Valentine's day offers. Complete waste of time. The rest of the order still came, 3 packs of herbs, sea bass fillet and some daffodils. Sent it all back. Great Valentine's Day dinner!! Now I'm supposed to wait 5 days for my money. If it's not back today then I will sue. They took my money despite knowing they did not have the products. I don't lend money

Appalling customer service. Delivery ordered then get phonecall van has broken down. Next day no refund order still showing as being delayed. No apology, ring someone in India. They cancel order and tell me 5 days to receive refund. Get call from store to tell me they still have my shopping and I can come along and collect it !!!

Don't understand how a company like Asda can trust their delivery service to Scammers like Uber Eats. Good didn't arrive and the Uber driver simply shows the groceries as delivered. Then you have to pray that Uber give you a refund. Steer well clear of this scam

One star because it can't be zero. Complete waste of time. Fill in all details then it rejects card. Tried 11 different cards!! They just don't want to deliver further than 50 yards from store. Avoid at all costs. Pointless liars.
