Excellent breakdown cover with fast, professional service. The technician arrived quickly, was friendly and knowledgeable, The whole process was straightforward, and I was informed about the fault . And he sent my breakdown report quickly

The quick response and good customer care

Robert was kind, went beyond his basic duty to ensure that I drove home safely.

Although I waited a number of hours, the service was acceptable. The person who recovered me was very helpful and pleasant.

The technician was very professional and efficient.

Jason from AA was incredibly helpful. My car wouldn’t start, and he managed to get it going and take it to the garage. Since this all happened around midnight, he even made sure I got home safely.

AA chap was personable, proffesional and thorough.

The person who came out for the recovery what can I say there should be more people like him very nice man and good personality

The response was very quick, it was within an hour of me phoning, to say my car had broken down
instructions were given to me to ensure I would safe, and also the registration of the recovery vehicle that would be attending
The patrolman arrived and introduced himself as Damian, he inquired on how I was feeling, he talked me through what was going to happen and made sure I understood everything,
He was respectful, polite and very efficient
Considering the circumstances I felt reassured and comfortable,
My car could not be repaired at the roadside,
Damian explained that he would have to tow me to my destination
Clear verbal instructions by Damian were given to me with a video to watch,
I felt confident enough to proceed, and, I was towed to my destination .
I am a lady, registered disabled, who was traveling alone, this was on Sunday, 18th July 2026 my 80th birthday is on Tuesday 21st July 2026.

Matthew was brilliant, professional, courteous and empathetic about my breakdown. He made me feel like we had been friends for a long time such was his attitude and demeanor. We got the bike loaded much to my satisfaction and securely. We chatted on the route to my house which made it very nice. Gave him a bottle of water and cup of tea because he was absolutely brilliant and an asset to the AA. HE also sold a membership when picking up my bike such is his approachable nature and attitude. Many thanks to him and the AA for a wonderful service

Great Experience. My campervan was stalling and the issue was diagnosed immediately and the van was ready to drive 150 miles home the following day with the temporary fix. Great service and would definitely recommend the AA!

Super fast and efficient. I managed to get to the hotel parking, called AA, some 15 minutes later Daniel arrived. Soon it was sorted! Brilliant!

Shahzad was very happy to show me how to get the spare wheel off, and extremely polite. We chatted, and he did an excellent job and checked everything all well before he left. The response time was great.

Kept up to date with report of job and expected time, Brian turned up prior to estimated time, customer service of Brian was excellent

Michael was so helpful and did everything he could to get the car back on the road, unfortunately due to non genuine parts been used in past was unable to repair at roadside but quickly arranged a courtesy car and recovered car to garage. Hopefully I don’t see him again :)

Superb service

Great service. My AA representative, whose name I unfortunately did not get, was awesome. Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He turned up on time, having called me 5 mins before. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and got my car back on the road with a spare wheel. He then got me to a tyre mechanic who fixed both tyres quickly and for a good price. I cannot speak highly enough of my AA mechanic. He was a credit to his company and I would definitely recommend the AA based on my experience today. Thanks!

The AA arrived very quickly, problem was sorted within 5 minutes.Can't fault the service on this occasion.

Belonging to the AA always gives me peace of mind. Terry was helpful, polite and soon found the trouble. He changed the battery and kept the radio code.
