Can I make it six stars? I had a fantastic experience in store with Divya today and cannot say nice enough things about Scan. I have been buying from them for my whole life and today they went above and beyond.

After battling a head scratching issue for days, I caved in and got in touch with Scan for help as I thought the issue was with a new PSU I bought from them. This was quickly found not to be the case, but they didn’t stop there. Divya offered to look at the other components (previously purchased from Scan) and got to the bottom of it after battling it for quite some time. During this, she kept up great service for other customers.

I have never experienced a staff member going as far as she did to solve a problem. Not only that, but once it was fixed, she got me set up with drivers, Windows, everything I could need. She didn’t have to, but she did, and I am incredibly grateful to her and Scan for the excellent service I received.

In terms of the general Scan experience, I’ve never had any complaints. Orders arrive quickly, everyone in store is knowledgeable, just all round a delight. I will only ever shop elsewhere for tech items if they aren’t available at Scan!

I got to purchase two great deals today, that will arrive tomorrow!

This review is more about the customer service after the fact, the actual purchasing and delivery service is very good.

I purchased a 27 Inch AOC 4k monitor some time ago, I discovered the DisplayPort when connected to any GPU failed to recover after entering sleep/standby, I wanted to use DisplayPort specifically for Linux compatibility. I asked Scan for assistance with this and they directed me to AOC at first, they turned around have said they can't repair it because the repair company in question has gone bust and they have provided me with a credit note. I sent that credit note to Scan and I am still waiting with a monitor I can only half use. Do note before 6 months but after the first 30 day period you will be directed to the manufacturer.

I've made plenty of purchases from Scan over the years never returned anything or had an issue once, and now I feel like I'm being treated poorly for it.

So easy to review and select my laptop, followed by easy ordering process. Thank you

Good price. Many options for delivery. Payment process was clumsy and took 3 attempts to overcome extensive buffering.

Excellent service as always. Customer service team very knowledgable and helpful. Been using them for at least 20 years now for multiple builds covering myself and family, and have never had an issue.

Your online system is great and well laid out and easy to use. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because I have had to place a new order for an alternate item and deny delivery tomorrow because the item is shown as dispatched and in spite of calling within minutes your team weren't able to cancel the first order or delivery for us. Just a quibble as they were otherwise very helpful.

Fantastic service by Scan computers. My new laptop arrived within 24 hours of placing the order. It was very well packaged and the communication about when it would be delivered was excellent. I highly recommend Scan

S-tier service by Andy Hartwell, Kieran Greville & Chris Farron on the Pro Audio team. Andy came in to demo 3 speakers at my workplace and gave us second to none knowledge on exactly what suited our needs. Kieran and Chris were great at providing us with exactly what we needed and keeping us up to date with our order with their fantastic communication. Everything arrived promptly and safely packaged and we can't wait to see what our new portable PA system can do for our events.
