Very disappointed about this service

Very disappointed about this service. I order 3 scoops tubs and lids, lids doesn't fit the cups. I email them no reply, message them in there website no body reply also... Give them a call today and they told me I have to pay for refund excuse me what??? I ordered 3 scoop tubs and lids and its not my mistake that you lids smaller then your tubs why would we pay for refund?
