TOP ONLINE VINYL RETAILER

I have purchased multiple times from Juno.
They are an excellent online retailer. All my vinyl orders are very well packaged,
dispatched as soon as they are in stock and arrive safely in perfect condition.
I do not think their service can be.beaten.

Preordered a record

Preordered a record, Juno cancelled it saying they couldn’t get the record. Then miraculously it’s in stock a couple of weeks later at twice the price but they won’t honour my original preorder….
Very disappointing.

Occasionally a supplier may cancel an order, and we have to source it from somewhere else, but it can mean we have to pay more for it. Refund delay

Historically I’ve had very good experiences with Juno and I use the website frequently. Recently however I received a faulty item, which I accept is not their fault, however having received my return they tell me it will take 14 days for my refund to be processed. Paypal refunds are instant so bank delays cannot be blamed. It seems absurd that they should retain my funds for two weeks.

We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible, but as this is a manual process carried out by our admin team, it can take up to 14 days for to be done and the funds to reach you. PayPal transactions do typically show in customers accounts within 24 hour of it being processed but card payments can take a few days. Best Regards Juno

Excellence all round!

Top marks to JUNO for its care & attention to packaging, especially with handling awkward items such as record cases - not only that, but every item dispatched and delivered in 24 hours! Owzat for efficiency! And top marks to JUNO's website developers for designing a website that's 100% user-friendly, obviously designed by a team who share a passion for music, and with excellent search facilities and no "in yer face" marketing (much appreciated!). Instead, alerts initiated by you the user, plus hints and suggestions that very often turn out be spot on or serendipitous, including stuff that you like but weren't even looking for, miraculously reissued from a previous decade, and inviting you to explore the unfamiliar and discover gems by artistes you'd never even heard of! Truly, excellence all round!

Annoying

This company are extremely annoying. I have tried twice to unsubscribe from their emails and they still bombarb me every day with junk mail. Click on the unsubscribe button and it makes no difference.
Just 10 minutes after the response, I git another email from them. Not too big a deal in the grand scheme of things but just saying.
