BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY

I had a very disappointing experience with this company for external wall insulation work. The quality of workmanship was poor, with several issues left unfinished and not completed to a professional standard.

What made the experience even worse was the attitude and behavior from one of the directors, Fiaz. Instead of resolving concerns professionally, he was argumentative and disrespectful during communication. As a customer, I expected better service and accountability.

I would not recommend this company based on my experience. Customers deserve professional work, honest communication, and respectful treatment.

I had solar panels and heat pump in June last year since then I had nothing but problems every time I called them they just don't answer in the last two weeks I been calling their office I've had no response so in my opinion this company is not to be trusted

Promised to install Air sourced heat pump by this company Sales man ' Tariq' -- Date of installation was confirmed 18th Oct. However, No one showed up. Upon calling the company they mentioned that they will not able to supply the heat pump. Very disappointing. DO NOT PAY ANYTHING IN ADVANCE.

The work was carried out and not fully completed. Survey was done and during the process my window blinds was broken. Wall plug fitted and is hanging of the wall.

Loft insulation done no vents completed, Reported to the company to date all not rectified. Several complaints made totally dissatisfied with this company . Would not recommend this company.

I am happy to share my experience for the work done. I suggested this company for Solar panels and EWI insulation at one of my friend property. The work done is very good and the staff was very professional. My overall experience is good and I would like to recommend the service to others also. Thanks alot.

This company carried out external wall insulation back in 2021.
They were very well in communication prior to agreeing the works. But were not so good whilst the works were going on.

A problem arose in 2024 where a leak started in appearing in my bedroom.

It took over 8 months or more, constant phone calls & emaisl, for them to actually accept something was wrong.

Then it took several months of my constant phone calls/ messages for them to actually carry out the work.

To this day, ithe works have still not been fully completed.

I would not recommend this company for any works. Very poor customer service. Like many companies that deal in government grants. They are all good until they receive the grant money and then it is very difficult to communicate with them.

Absolutely amazing experience. One of my uncles had his Solar work done and it was so smooth and seamless with Work Work. Highly recommended! Quality work!

Absolutely useless. They've carried out work on my neighbours house and have completely ruined my house. Ruined my path, destroyed original architecture and left filth splattered down my external walls. Do not use these cowboys. They do not respond to complaints.

I want to thank Ramona from the technical team for her patience and exceptional support. She quickly resolved my issue with the insulation and responded promptly throughout the process. Highly recommend the company—thanks to the insulation, my house will be saving on heating! Looking forward to the project being completed soon.

Hashmi and his mate have just finished insulating our loft and fitting trickle vents to all the doors and windows. They did not stop working from the moment they arrived to when they left, some 6 hours later. I cannot praise them enough. They were very polite as well as hard working and the result was excellent.
They and Work Work should be very proud of the work they are doing, grant work or not.👍👍

After I applied I received I phone call almost straight after. Booked an appointment for the installers to come. I requested an early start appointment and the installers were punctual. They were also very friendly and approachable and answered all my questions. The job was done within few days i submitted my application and it took them almost 3 hours to complete the job.

Late for appointment two minute loft inspection not prepared to do promised work left quickly no reason think I dodge a bullet would not recommend work work because they didn't work work
