Without restating what so many have already said, Wavebox has been an amazing game changer for me. I am a diehard Apple fanboy, and I never once in a long career using a browser other than Safari. Well, I still use Safari, but Wavebox now handles six Google Workspace accounts I manage, and all the bookmarks that are uniquely associated with those six accounts. I am literally saving many hours weekly. Thanks, Wavebox!

I have been using Wavebox since 5 years after testing all alternatives as a multi account browser, organizer and workflow aggregator.
Rambox, Shift, Ferdium, Franz, Sidekick, Web Catalog and other forks. They do their jobs but Wavebox takes over in all tasks and unique features.
Frequent updates demonstrates their commitment with subscribers and the software evolution.
It´s a must have tool for productivity, can live without it.

I really like the idea of Wavebox: a simple, fast browser with a clean design, folders, and a sidebar. It feels like it has real potential. However, in practice, the performance doesn’t yet feel well optimized. (Already send the diagnostics)
For example, the folder system is interesting, but the differences between Spaces (which seem similar to contexts in Surf), Apps (which I assume are “boosted” links), and Lines of separation I can add (which actually work the best for me) aren’t very clear. The AI features also feel limited compared to other browsers: it can’t, for instance, provide a full transcript of what’s being said in a YouTube video, nor does it search within a specific Space. The Horse Browser-like riders are promising, since they let me trace research back to the starting page, but it’s not obvious when they split and when they don’t. Finally, the Dashboard was confusing — I only discovered it after eight days because it isn’t visible in Explorer mode, and when I did, it just felt like another app in the sidebar rather than a true starting page.
I would have been willing to spend more time learning the system, but after just seven days all my links stopped working, and the browser suddenly required €99 plus tax to continue. I understand the need for a business model, but this wasn’t communicated clearly upfront. It feels like users are quickly drawn into the ecosystem, only to have access cut off just as quickly. That leaves a poor first impression. Offering a longer trial or more flexible subscription tiers (e.g. monthly or annual) would make the experience feel much more customer-friendly.
On top of that, there are performance issues that hold the browser back: pages don’t load in full screen immediately, they lag while “catching up,” and media playback is buggy. I haven’t run into these problems with other browsers, and they make it difficult to adopt Wavebox as my main one.
I really think Wavebox has the potential to compete with Safari, Zen, Arc, Surf, Chrome, and Firefox — but to do that, it needs clearer onboarding, smoother performance, and more transparent, flexible pricing. Right now, €99 plus tax upfront feels like too big a commitment for a browser that still has a lot of room to grow.

I’ve spent the past few months searching for a new browser. Since Arc is no longer being developed, I needed an alternative.
That’s when I stumbled upon Wavebox, and I still can’t believe there’s a browser designed for businesses (or even individuals) that has thought of everything. It’s an amazing solution for anyone with tons of tabs who wants to finally put an end to browser chaos.
No matter what feature you need or want… it’s all there in Wavebox. And the support is fantastic, too.

First of all, it's a company with a great product. I suspect there is no other web browser that makes organizing your work so much easier. And second, it's a company with a team of great people! Very easy to get help, support.

I am a BIG fan of wavebox.. I'm a business owner. I've always spent so much time with literally 50 or even 100 tabs open .. in three different browsers (different email logins) bouncing around -- spent more time dealing with tabs and browsers than just doing the work, it felt like sometimes. Wavebox solved all of that. Love it.

This product is amazing. A real time saver and productivity tool. I use it daily and I can't imagine going back.
I thought I'd give Wavebox a go, and found my day in the office much more productive! Now I can't live without it – thank you for winning me over! Loving the feel of the software.
Wavebox is one of the best programs on my computer(s)! Wavebox makes manage multiple companies, multiple email addresses, software and projects so easy! I have full control over how I want to see the apps stacked and which ones I want sending notifications and which ones I need to stay quiet while I work. Wavebox is an absolute time and sanity saver! I highly recommend this for anyone trying to manage multiple instances of Slack, Asana, Clickup, Google Apps - and about 500 more!
I've tried so many different tools for combining/organising my web apps. On Mac new browsers like Arc and SigmaOS do a lot of what I'm looking for, but Wavebox remains the go-to tool for Windows. It's very flexible, really nicely designed, very frequently updated and whenever I've needed some help, the replies from Susan and team have been detailed and very friendly. One thing I find is that the setup options are so flexible that the choices can be a little overwhelming, but that's a small quibble when there is so much else to recommend Wavebox!
Wavebox makes life SO. much. easier. when you have multiple pages and projects you need to bounce between. I tried to spend one week navigating different clients, using side my side windows and categorizing areas of my life using a simple browser and it truly was no kind of efficiency when compared to using this service. If you need organization and efficiency in your work and/or life, look no further!
Crazy improvements on my workflow, it is so impressive, it is a bit of a jolt getting into because you are so use to your regular browser environment. Collections on workspaces is so legit, group your sites to open per task, SUPER impressed. Never going back to having 10 chrome profiles Wavebox is it.

What a great product this is really,i've tried many of the alternatives and i am really happy that i have settled in quite comfortably indeed with wavebox.Makes the workflow between business and personal so much easier to manage, with so many different applications available,This makes everything so easy to manage.I will be a long term customer of wavebox for many years to come. The application is also updated very regularly indeed which alos shows that the developers care and manage there product.Overall i can't recommend wavebox enough. If you want something that simplifies and manages your work/life balance with ease, don't think twice,it is well worth the money paid. One thing though i would like to see added would be a lifetime subscription to the app, that would just be the icing on an already perfect cake.
Great product - great support and well priced.
I tried a few alternatives before settling on Wavebox a couple of years ago. I basically needed multiple accounts of Teams and OneDrive for different clients and also MS To-do, WhatsApp and even Google Messenger when that was a thing.
Super configurable, but also simple enough to get going. When I need to contact support they were responsive and very helpful. 10/10.
I moved to this app when TryShift.com stopped support for Linux. I love it so much better and have used their support and it is great. Lifesaver!
I started using Wavebox because my subscription to another product ended and I found out about it in an article.
My experience has been great, the browser is fast, the apps work perfect, the workspaces are very handy for different projects.
I already have implemented a couple of workflows that allowed me to save a lot of time and also, allowed me to stay focus with the task at hand.
I use multiple gmail accounts and sandboxing and allowing me to have multiple gmail instances running at onces is great. (Same with twitter, asana, whatsapp, insta, etc).
Support is fast and very good.
Right now, is the only app that I use in my computer.

Been using with a premium sub since 2018.
Consistently great -- and support is quick, precise and helpful.
The ability to save your profile in perfect detail with all your preferences preserved are a big part of what makes changing machines, or having multiple machines, efficient when you're trying to have a very consistent (optimized) set of workspaces.
Absolutely recommend!

Instead of having multiple windows and several tabs open to manage each client, Wavebox allows me to make a workspace for each of them. All their social media, email, creatives, planned marketing etc., on one tab, and make that tab available for my team.
Timesaver!
