When things went wrong with my board the Viing team not only took over and organised delivery of the board and collection, they didn't charge me for the online board. Super quick responses, friendly service overall a joy to deal with

Have used over a number of years. Very responsive customer service. Gift collection is seamless. Has been a real help in the work from home era.

Don’t have links to easily see what you have in your wallet as well as not easy buying even vouchers or trying to cancel order when you found a better price for a voucher (trying to buy from viing itself). Contacting them is via an email which hasn’t been responded to as of yet. If you want the user you are organising this for have a good experience, use some other, definitely will not recommend.

Used Viing for a colleagues baby shower and never again. Was easy to set up and for people to contribute but when it came round to finalising the collection, the physical card was expensive (even for a small card - £6.20 after p&p?!) and worst of all is their hefty 5% transaction to be able to send the money to a bank account. A card coupled with this reduced a £250 collection to £231.61. I ended up making up the difference as I felt so bad and would 100% just do a normal collection next time.

Do not use this site. They will charge you at the end when you want to transfer the collected money to bank account. They will also charge you for physical card extra which states that its part of the package.

Great customer service from Viing. I had an issue logging into my account and their team were really helpful and quick to respond to emails. Everything was sorted quickly and stress-free. Highly recommend!

It’s upsetting to have colleagues’ gifts deducted in your fees. When I’ve given gifts it’s not explained how much you take.

The board is great but couldn't find anyway to print it off

Viing allows you to give a bigger portion to your recipient. It doesn't ask you to contribute extra money on top like other platforms do. Two colleagues wanted a little tech support and the help team came to our rescue quickly and efficiently. You can add pictures and gifs to your board to keep it fun.

I can’t recommend Johnny at Viing highly enough. After creating a board for one of my bosses who is retiring, I hadn’t realised that Viing doesn’t usually offer physical retirement books. I reached out to see if there was any way they could help, and Johnny came back to me almost immediately. Not only did he (they) create the book, but it looks absolutely incredible. The level of service and care Johnny and Viing as a whole provided was outstanding. Thank you so much for going above and beyond!

Customer service agents were very quick in replying to my emails -- I had several. All my queries were resolved promptly. I am very happy with their service. These were emails addressed to the viing.co.uk site. I also emailed the viing.com site but did not get any reply.
