I helped my mother find her dog in Belgium through Tipaw and the experience was honestly great. The platform felt trustworthy, the support was super helpful when i contacted them and I liked that Tipaw has responsible breeders instead of people just selling puppies as a business… good option!

„Absolutely disgraceful experience. This company uses deceptive subscription practices and charges people without clear and honest consent. I was charged twice for a subscription I never intentionally signed up for, and canceling it was intentionally complicated and nearly impossible. This feels far closer to a scam than to a legitimate service. Customer support was useless, and the entire system appears designed to trap users into recurring payments. Stay away from this website and never enter your card details unless you want unpleasant surprises.”
The thing is it's just treats they don't do nothing at all but that wasn't the big problem! The problem is I made one time purchase and surprise one month later I got charged again saying I had made a subscription which I hadn't! After contacting them they said once the subscription is been made and the product sent they're not able to refund and I'm not even at the same country I made the order from the first place! So they're treats will go back and I have lost 36 euros! Nice legal way to scam people with well hidden subscriptions! Good job!
Blocking this merchant from everything and leaving this bad review cause it's just overall bad....you played with my dogs health and my money....
6 weeks of waiting for a product, 3 weeks spent proving them that their policies were not in line with EU consumer acts, only for them to say the resent the product which has still not been delivered. When I asked as a gesture of goodwill if they would pay for a more solid courier service they said no I could if I wanted to.
Terrible company, who just want your money.
If I could leave zero stars I would. I placed an order for €91.80 on 3/11/25. This prefer hasn’t been delivered. I have contacted Tipaw several times and the company founder, Igor, keeps replying that he will investigate with the warehouse, the shipping agent and whoever else.
I have requested a refund a couple of times only to be by Igor that he will investigate and get back to me. He hasn’t.
My last email was yesterday as Tipaw can’t use the holiday as an excuse. Still no reply. 10 weeks now and no goods and no refund!
