I’m really impressed with my order from Thomson Carter. The fragrance smells fantastic, lasts well, and feels like a premium product.
What stood out to me just as much was the packaging. Everything arrived beautifully presented, well protected, and gave a luxury unboxing experience from start to finish.

I absolutely love the perfume but my card was used by another company called "Lucifer" fraudulently there in London afterwards. Aweful headaches getting my bank involved and now I am without a card until they reissue another. Exactly why I rarely make purchases online without PayPal.

Recent deliveries arrived on time.
A small issue with a missing item, that Syed from customer services responded to, and sorted within the hour.

Just received my first order from Thompson Carter. There was a minor issue with it, so I contacted Customer Service for help. They replied almost instantly, with the representative (Syed) offering to fix the problem immediately. I am completely impressed with the speed and service that Syed provided – rarely matched in today's online shopping world.

As for the fragrances I received, top-notch!

Lilium Blume smells fantastic! When first sprayed it has this fresh floral scent that isn’t overpowering and then settles into a lovely musk scent. I’m so glad that I chose it as my first purchase. I was also impressed with the thoughtfulness put into the whole presentation. Opening the box was an experience in and of itself. There was even a dust bag included as well as samples of other scents which I can’t wait to try. The bottle has a nice weight to it and the lid is magnetic. Overall I am pleased with my purchase and I will definitely be back for more scents!

I had an order lost. Fed Ex was not claiming responsibility so I reached out to Thomson Carter. Peter was amazing. He answered every email promptly and never questioned my integrity. It’s very rare to find that kind of customer service. I hope I love this order so I can order more. I was out of town after my order was lost and he waited 2 weeks for me to come home before shipping. Great employee. Thank you.

Had a parcel, return to sender due to address error! Still wanted the parcel as was for a present! Emailed Thomas Carter, got a reply straight away from Alix, offering me a refund or re order! Customer service has been great and very helpful, would definitely recommend!

Though it took some time for my package to arrive, its worth the wait.Lilium Blume is my ultimate favorite followed by Rouge Avenue. My co-workers asked me what scent I was wearing, they love it.
