The Internet Traveller is a privately owned, UK-based travel company specialising in multi-centre and tailor-made long-haul holidays. For over a decade we've been helping customers across the UK plan trips that go beyond the standard package, with a particular focus on the USA, Asia, and Canada. Whether you want to combine New York, Las Vegas, and a Hawaiian beach, work your way through Thailand, Vietnam, and Cambodia, or follow a Rocky Mountaineer route through Vancouver, Banff, and Lake Louise, we put the itinerary together around you.
Our specialism is multi-centre travel: holidays that stitch together two, three, or more destinations into a single trip, with flights, hotels, transfers, and tours coordinated end to end. It's the kind of holiday that's difficult to book confidently online by yourself, and where the right travel consultant genuinely saves you time, money, and stress. We're not a faceless booking engine; we're a team of experienced consultants who know these destinations first-hand.
Where we specialise
USA holidays. From classic twin-centres like Las Vegas and Los Angeles, to coast-to-coast multi-centre itineraries taking in New York, Orlando, San Francisco, Hawaii, and the National Parks. We arrange Florida family holidays, Californian road trips, New England fly-drives, and bespoke USA tailor-made trips for honeymoons, milestone birthdays, and once-in-a-lifetime escapes.
Asia holidays. Tailor-made trips across Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Japan, Bali, Singapore, Malaysia, and Sri Lanka. Multi-centre combinations are our strength here, whether that's pairing the temples of Siem Reap with the beaches of Koh Samui, or building a longer itinerary that takes in Tokyo, Kyoto, and Hakone.
Canada holidays. Rocky Mountaineer rail journeys, fly-drives through British Columbia and Alberta, multi-centre trips combining Vancouver, Banff, Lake Louise, and Jasper, and East Coast itineraries through Toronto, Niagara, Quebec City, and Montreal.
Alongside our core destinations we also arrange holidays to the Caribbean, Australia and New Zealand, South America, Africa, and the Indian Ocean. If it's long-haul and you want it tailor-made, we can build it.

What is a multi-centre holiday?
A multi-centre holiday combines two or more destinations into one trip. For example, three nights in New York followed by four nights in Las Vegas and a week in Hawaii, all booked together with flights, internal transfers, and hotels coordinated as a single itinerary. It's a great way to see more on one journey, particularly on long-haul trips where the flight cost is a big chunk of the budget.
What does tailor-made mean?
Tailor-made means we build the itinerary around you rather than selling you a fixed package. You tell us where you want to go, how long for, what kind of hotels you like, and what you want to do, and we put together a quote with options. You can change any element until it's right.
Are my payments financially protected?
Yes. We're ABTA bonded and hold our own Air Travel Organiser's Licence (ATOL) with the Civil Aviation Authority. Every flight-inclusive package booked with us is fully ATOL protected, meaning your money is safe and you'll be looked after if anything happens to a supplier.
How much deposit do I need to pay?
Deposits typically start from 10% of the holiday cost, with the balance due closer to departure. We also offer flexible payment plans, so you can spread the cost across the months leading up to your trip rather than paying it all in one go.
How far in advance should I book?
For long-haul and multi-centre trips, we'd recommend booking 6 to 12 months in advance where possible, particularly for peak periods like school holidays, Christmas, and New Year. Booking early gives you the best choice of flights, hotels, and itinerary options. That said, we can often put together shorter-notice trips too, so it's always worth asking.
Do you arrange honeymoons and special occasion trips?
Yes, regularly. Honeymoons, milestone birthdays, anniversaries, and once-in-a-lifetime trips are some of our most popular bookings. We'll work with you to build something memorable, and we have strong supplier relationships that often unlock added extras like room upgrades, dinners, or spa treatments.
Do you offer travel insurance?
We don't sell travel insurance directly, but we do require you arrange comprehensive cover when booking. For long-haul and multi-centre trips, make sure your policy covers all the destinations and activities you have planned.
Can you arrange visas and ESTAs?
We'll always advise you on what's required for your trip, including ESTAs for the USA, eVisas for destinations like Vietnam and Cambodia, and any other entry requirements. The application itself is something you'll need to complete yourself, but we'll point you to the right official channels and make sure you know what's needed and when.
Do you sell flights only?
Our focus is flight-inclusive holidays and tailor-made itineraries, so flights-only isn't our core offer. That said, if you're a previous customer or have a specific need, get in touch and we'll see what we can do.
How do I get a quote?
Either send us an enquiry through our website with a few details about what you're looking for, or call and speak to one of our consultants directly. There's no obligation and no pressure to book, and most quotes come back to you within a working day.

first off, id like to start by saying i dont usually write reviews, but having just returned from my dream holiday, i feel compelled to give a well-deserved review to such a fantastic company, and to victoria specifically!
victoria was incredibly helpful, professional and friendly throughout the entire process. she seemed just as excited about the holiday as me, and it put my mind at ease knowing we were in good hands! me and my mum are nervous flyers, so flying to japan (our multi-centre destination) was daunting, and we had a lot of questions, some of which were silly, which victoria answered quickly. the customer support were also excellent, they always picked up the phone and always answered questions consistently. before we knew it, we had arrived in tokyo!
the package was an incredible value for money. we went to tokyo, hakone, kyoto, osaka and finally, okinawa. with our JR pass, twin rooms, bed and breakfast and a couple of experiences (unforgetable, by the way) pre-booked and included (flights too, of course), all we had to do was go! everything was thought of and accounted for.
in fact, there was a couple of times ( the most notable times being when arriving into our hotel in hakone with our room facing out onto a lake ashi and the top of fuji visible, again on the bullet train, and two more times when we arrived in okinawa with our sea-view twin room and swimming with the biggest fish ive ever seen in the pool-temperature sea) where me and my mum both turned around to each other and said "god, how did victoria pull this off?!"
some of the turnarounds were a little bit tight, but with our JR pass included, travelling around japan was easier than it was to get the train to london! hahah!
whenever i tell people how much this trip cost us and how much was included, they all gasp. i have recommended you guys to everyone i know, and will continue to! we will be booking again soon!

Amazing attention to detail
From first contact to booking Jenny has been amazing. As we were booking 11 months ahead we had to wait for flights to be released but she got back to me as promised. The holiday she put together for us is fantastic, taking great care to include our wish list. Having never booked a holiday this way I was a little dubious, but I cannot recommend highly enough for the care and attention to detail that was shown. Second trip with internet traveller and once again every thing went brilliantly. Booking was easy and I was kept informed of flight changes when we couldn't go through Abu Dhabi and changed flights worked out great.We went the Thailand trip this year and the Veitnam, Bali trip last year all hotels were excellent and all transfers were on time .Cant think of anything 🤔 that I would have wanted to change .Looking to do Kentucky next year and will definitely book through internet traveller again brilliant company. Cannot speak highly enough abt my fantastic experience!!!..Spoke with Victoria who was the most informative, efficient and such a kind, lovely person that Ive ever dealt with, (booking holiday wise that is !!!)..I cannot wait to speak with her again, its like I have known her for years .1st class service from Victoria !!!!...Thought my southern Tennessee trip, (music city of the south) would be completely out of reach, but I was wrong. Victoria put my package together and I was very impressed with the price, and the overall quality of the hotels I was going to be staying at..And that includes the hotel which is one of my favourites in Memphis downtown...Never thought I'd be returning there again, due to the price, so im very happy !!..Was also very impressed to have some wonderful tours to go on whilst visiting..The booking process is so simple, not complicated at all....Victoria is a true asset to the company and I was very happy with her advice and assistance!!. Brilliant holiday, great customer servce…
This was our second holiday with this company with Jenny as our agent. This time travelling to Canada. I can not praise Jenny enough, from start to finish she was always on hand. Even when there was an issue with the paperwork for one of our trips she got it sorted before we travelled. The companies they used for our trips transporting us from place to place were absolutely brilliant.
Nothing was too much trouble for Jenny and her colleagues. We are already looking at holidays advertised knowing that they will customise them to match our needs.
