I booked a hotel for Monday and got charged for a Sunday and never a
I booked a hotel for Monday and the website had a bug. It charged me for Sunday night. I asked for a change of date and a refund just help. I received no help a BOT who talked down and asked me to call the hotel.
I called the hotel but the hotel said its a 3rd party .
Why would I have to do that when I booked a Monday and got charged for a Sunday!!!

I would not hesitate to stay there again. the staff is very friendly, the hotel is nice and clean for a very reasonable price. That would be an upscale 3-star hotel in my opinion
