I’ve now finished my journey with straights and I couldn’t be happier with the results I received my whitening trays within 48 hours after my final aligner review with my dentist 4 weeks of whitening and then my composite bonding can’t wait !

Loving the aligners so far. Fast and easy process !

Be careful. At the start of May I I paid a deposit £900+ to start the treatment. I was told my chosen dentist will contact me. The same day I received a call from the aftercare saying the dentist I chose are no longer taking booking so I booked with a different one. A month went by and I didn’t hear anything. So I chased. I received an email saying they will follow up with the dentist. A week went by and still nothing. So I chased again and of course still nothing. At this point 2 months later I asked for my deposit back as I no longer trust this company. They tried giving me further discounts etc but I still asked to cancel. On 16th June I asked for my money back and was told it will take 10 days. Today 8th July I am still chasing to get my money back

Max was so helpful. Went out of his way to help. He was genuine and trustworthy and made the process so easy. Very good at what he does !! I’ve seen so many different providers and he made it very easy to pick straights. They offer something no one else does on the market.

Max was super friendly and great at answering any questions I had. He knew exactly what he was talking about and you could tell he was passionate about helping me start my treatment and ensuring I felt fully comfortable and fully informed. He also helped me with finance and payment options, really making the process stress free and easy. He has honestly made my views of the company so positive and has set me up with a positive outlook for the treatment process. Would definitely recommend straights to anyone!

Max at straights is very knowledgeable and super helpful

The sales team are friendly and proactive; however, I found their approach quite misleading. I was promised overbite correction and a perfect smile, yet neither was fully achievable with clear aligners alone.

They also ask you to pay a deposit and sign up to a payment plan before you’ve even seen a dental professional. The decision is based entirely on photos you take yourself. While this feels convenient at the time, I regret committing to treatment before having an in-person consultation and receiving a proper clinical assessment.

My treatment was terminated because Straights breached its contract with the dental studio providing my care, which was not actually an orthodontic practice. I was offered an alternative provider 45 minutes away, which I declined because the distance was unreasonable, especially when the same treatment is available from multiple dentists just five minutes from my home.

Despite Straights terminating my treatment themselves, they initially attempted to charge me a £150 cancellation fee.

Update: Since posting this review, the customer care team have been helpful and we reached a fair resolution. The £150 fee was waived and I received a full refund. In light of this, I have revised some of the wording in my review and increased my star rating accordingly.

Max was super friendly and put me at easy straight away, he was very knowledgable about the process and the outcomes of composing bonding.

He was able to advise on a personalised plan for my perfect smile and I feel reassured that I am going to be very happy with the results!
