Good Marketplace

Not bad but could be way better
Sorry my english is bad, but here is my opinion:
+ the website is good
+ the team is kind and helpful
+ the exchanges are secured
+ people trust the platform
+ no withdrawal fees
but
- extremely high fees, that's why no one takes Skinbaron seriously. Promotion codes available half the year is cool, but that's the point, stop that. When people hear about you, they dont read about the 6% on january, 8% on March and 10% fees on November, they read 15% fees and they look elsewhere. CSfloat takes 2% fees and it's the standard.
- the float needs to be exactly displayed. Rounding on the float values makes traders run away from Skinbaron, there's no point, it just looks like an amateur mistake to anyone.
- I am french: stop translating skins names in french, no one knows them, or at least make it possible to search for a skin in both french and english.
- the bot system and the 2 weeks freeze is killing you. Go peer to peer like Csfloat. This is slow, bad, no one likes it, it's a waste of everyone's time and on your money.
- When we create an announcement about a sell, it often doesn't show immeditately in the market listings. I already contacted the SB team about that, you answered it was a problem on my side. I tried with friends, the problem is on your side, people see this and delete their announcement to go sell somewhere else.
Skinbaron is a really good site overall, but looks like it doesn't understand anything about what people like and need about skin trading. Your way to try to earn money is why you don't, while you would deserve to.

Excellent Customer Support (Shout out Andi, Hagen and Michael)
SkinBaron had been excellent in providing me customer support the past week or so now, and they have been very timely in replying + finding solutions for me (I was having issues with withdrawing SB balance to my bank account).
