FAKE! FAKE! FAKE!

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
FAKE FAKE FAKE. THEY ARE NOT A SMALL BUSINESS. THEY ARE NOT GOING OUT OF BUSINESS AND HAVING A GREAT SALE. THEY ARE ONE HUGE RIP OFF. THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY. THEY WILL NOT MAKE IT RIGHT FOR YOU. THEY WILL FEED YOU A BUNCH OF BS, SEE BELOW:

Thank you for your honest message, and I completely understand your frustration.

I can certainly appreciate how disappointing it must be to receive multiple instructions and still not be able to find the replacement pair you were looking for. That is not the experience we want for you, and I appreciate you letting me know.

Of course we can help you with a return if that's what you ultimately prefer, and I want to make sure you have the full picture before we go down that path — not to discourage you, but because I've seen customers go through this and be surprised by what's involved, and I don't want that to happen to you.

Because our items are shipped internationally, returns travel back through the same international network. Here's what that typically involves:

Return shipping is fully at your own expense. Depending on the carrier you choose, international return shipping typically costs between $20 and $50 or more. We strongly recommend a tracked service — parcels without tracking that go missing in transit unfortunately cannot be refunded, and that risk falls entirely to you as the sender.

Transit takes several weeks. The parcel passes through multiple transit points and handling stages on its way back to our facility. Customs checks or additional handling fees can occur along the way — these are also the responsibility of the sender.

Inspection adds further waiting time. When the parcel eventually arrives, it still needs to be received, inspected, and approved by our returns team before a refund can be processed. The item must be in its original, unused condition for the return to be accepted.

Final refund is reduced. From the moment you ship the item to the moment a refund is issued, the full process can take many weeks — and the final refund amount will be reduced by whatever return shipping costs you paid.

Before we formally start the return, I'd really like to speak with Sharon personally about your specific situation. Given the difficulties you've experienced trying to arrange the replacement, I want to see if there's something else she might be able to arrange for you that would save you the time, cost, and hassle of going through all of this.

I cannot promise anything just yet, but I'll speak with her today and come back to you as soon as I have an update.

THERE IS NO SHARON. YOU WILL NOT GET RESOLUATION. YOU HAVE BEEN TAKEN.
I WILL BE REACHING OUT TO THE BBB AS WELL.

If I could giver 0 stars I would

If I could giver 0 stars I would. Their site makes it apopear they make the sandles. They come from China and the quality is garbage. It order to return, they need to be sent to China at your expence. Had I know these two things, I never would have ordered anything. As it was, I ordered 5 pair of sandles, none of which were worth keeping. The best they would do is let me pick new sandles/shoes for the same total price. Any overage I would be billed for. On top of that, they told me to keep what I had. I guess they even know they aren't worth the cost to return them. The 5 pair I have will be donated to charity. I'm sure that the replacement shoes I ordered will probably also be donated. At least I'll be able to take a charity deduction for them.

TERRIBLE quality/scam

TERRIBLE quality! What a scam. I ordered without checking reviews - my bad. Walmart wouldn't even sell these shoes. I would have had to return to China which would have been more than what I paid for the pieces of crap.

0 stars

0 stars. This is a scam, these shoes come from China. If you receive the wrong size, they will send a new one for $12 shipping, but if you want to return them for refund, they won't allow it. They will give you a 10% refund and tell you to keep them. They are garbage plastic sandals and this whole website is fictional! I'm going to try to report them, and lobby my credit card company for a refund.

Garbage. Scam. Terrible.

Absolutely poor quality. Not at all as advertised because it's a fake store, with no Sharon, and not in Florida. The old adage, if it sounds too good to be true beware, just hit me over the head and I'm seeing stars from the impact.

The advertising is slick and the google search outside of FB made me want to believe this wasn't a scam but alas. Stay away, far, far, away.

Do Not Buy!

This company is a complete scam as others have noted. There is no cute boutique in Naples, FL - just a scam out of China.

The shoes look nothing like the photos and are cheap plastic. I am trying to return but don’t hold any hope reading comments. The next step will be a credit card dispute.

Just to update. I finally received my credit today 5/27 after I sent a screenshot of my credit card dispute. You just have to keep pushing them as they will lie and say a credit was issued.

Sandals are made of plastic

Sandals are very poor quality, made from plastic, have a horrible chemical odor, and are non returnable. Absolute junk, huge scam. There is no such business in Naples FL or anywhere else in this country. The retirement sale is bogus and so is Sharon. I have disputed the credit card charge. Why is this fake company still in business?

Scam

Scam. Arrived from China, not Naples Fl. Very poor quality and took an awful long time to arrive. I tried to refuse delivery but wouldn't you know I was not home when it arrived. DO NOT BUY!

If I could leave no stars

If I could leave no stars, I would. This is a scam international company. There’s no Sharon Sandals in Naples, FL. They basically admitted that to me in an email.
I have requested to return my sandals at least 5 times and they just won’t provide a return address. They keep sending emails back with ridiculous offers (10% refund) to keep the sandals so I can avoid international return shipping charges. They don’t mention anything on their website about the fact that it’s an International company. They tout their Easy Return policy with “no worries, no pressure.” It’s a joke. Don’t buy from them!

buyers be ware

New buyers be ware. This looks like a scam. I ordered 2 pairs of sandals for a total of $124.42. One pair was sold out and they said they would refund the price of the sandals ($58.46). I have not received the refund from 5 weeks ago. The second pair came. The quality was very poor and they were way too big. I requested to send them back for a refund($53.96). They said to keep them and receive 5% refund. Now, I have not received one pair and the one I did receive I can’t wear because it’s too big. I spent $124.42 and have not received anything back from them. I will NOT order again from them!! Be ware!!!!

Sharon’s Sandals is a scam

Sharon’s Sandals is a scam! Do not order from them. Sharon sandals claim to be a going out of business after 35 years in Naples, Florida. The business does not exist, and the cheaply made shoes are coming from China. I am in the process of disputing this with my credit card company.
UPDATE! My credit card company got in touch with these people and they refunded my credit card for the shoes. Make sure you save your emails with the scammers to show your credit card company and let them know about this site with all the negative reviews from this so called company.

SCAM ALERT

SCAM ALERT! I fell for the ‘retiring after 30 years’ scam. The address I found for Sharon’s is actually a Ben & Jerry’s and has been for years. Tried to cancel the order the day I submitted but of course no one responded and the crappy shoes were sent. After researching Sharon’s Sandals or boutique there isn’t any business license nor has there ever been one in Naples. I filed a fraud alert with the state and since I’m over 60 it is also ‘senior fraud’ hopefully the site will be shit down. Filed a dispute with my credit card and they want to see all emails and evidence of return policy not being published etc. I’m not giving up either! I don’t want there 20% credit back on my card I want them shut down!

Only bc I can’t give zero stars

Only bc I can’t give zero stars! Scam site! Every day “Sharon” in Naples, FL is retiring! I suckered for three pairs for over $200. They’re totally cheap, are the wrong size not what was ordered, and don’t fit! Supposed to be 30 day no hassle returns! Instead they told me to keep the shoes that are plastic, not high-end leather! They’re in CHINA and are a complete scam!!!!!

Cheaply made unflattering light-weight sandals with no support.

I just received a pair of sandals that I paid $59.99 for, for a cruise. Navy slip-ons with a wedge heel, supposedly orthopedic type shoes. After 11 days, they arrived in a plastic bag, no box and no invoice, at my front door. VERY light weight, and not at all like shoes should weigh for proper stability. I tried them on, and they're so loose around the foot, not snug, and very cheaply made; a hazard to wear. Very disappointed. Ordering online, despite a reputable looking website, is very risky. Scammers!

If i could give them a 0, I would.

If i could give them a 0, I would! Total scam. Their 30 day hassle free returns is a lie. Don't buy from them. No phone number...only a c/s person. If you want to return shoes, they have to go back to China but magically they'll replace them all and send you replacement shoes. Not true to size. Total SCAM
