The bathing suits are great! The bras don’t seem to properly fit, I’ve done several using the sizing chart and don’t fit

Not accurate on sizing

I ordered two 3x Air slim body suits and they look like an extra large. Have NO STRECH and looks like something from SHEIN. I was told they created a ticket for me and asked what size was on the label. They said they would contact me in 2 business days.
Well, it's been 5 days and they haven't contact me at all. I told them I wanted to replace them with a 4x, but no response.

Be careful when buying one get one Free or half off advertisements, because products are not correct size for those Air slim, but my full coverage 3x was perfect. I placed the full coverage body suit against the Air slim and they look like an extra large.

This made me feel like these are SHEIN products with Shapellx labels.

Beware buyers.im still upset.

Shipped quick, great product, all around a good experience

I love it! True to size and just as advertised! It snatched my waist and seamlessly added that little umph my hips needed to look more rounded and full. I highly recommend!

I ordered a 2xl which is a size larger than I normally wear and it was too small-so small that I couldn’t even fit in it…it’s an awful feeling especially from a company that’s supposed to be inclusive to those of a larger size.

I purchased a bathing suit for a trip, but was disappointed that I received it damaged. One of the straps was broken and I was not able to wear it on the trip.

Rare online Exceptional customer service

They refused my request for a refund for the bras that didn't fit!
For over 30 days they kept saying everything would be taking care of which was more bras in another size that fit but that's not what I requested!
So after getting so frustrated I gave up! Against my better judgement However the second set of bras do fit, material is cheap bras started to lose support. Waste of money. Don't believe the hype!

These are the best shapewear ever. The material is excellent. True to size. I love them and the mystery box is amazing. Highly recommend Shapellx

I purchased a two piece suit and love the top where I am traditionally hard to fit but HATE the bottems. I am not returning because I love the top but feel like a wasted money.

Products and Customer service is on point! 10/10 on all fronts! Even when you order on Amazon, items are true to size, and my order is never late! I needed this before a wedding and I felt so confident. I'm picking this shape wear over any other brand tbh.

Order was placed on June 30th & still haven’t been delivered.

The quality of this shapewear is excellent! I had to exchange for a larger size, and that process was made very easy. I received the replacement within a week of returning the original item. Great customer service. I’m very happy with my item and highly recommend Shapellx to everyone!
