Had our initial consultation 3 months ago. Saltroad unable to find a suitable therapist for our son. Received no communication with updates until we chased them up. Broadened search area to help the search but still no update since this. Requested refund 6 weeks ago as per their policy and chased again for this but still haven't heard anything. Very disappointed.

The process to get a speech therapist was simple - one click after initial consultation.
We selected Anita after meeting her - she was very polite and friendly and grew a bond with my daughter extremely quickly. We continue to work with Anita while making steady progress

My son has only been attending speech and language therapy for a few weeks, but we are already so pleased with his progress. He genuinely enjoys every session and is always excited to see his therapist(Judith).
She has created such a positive, welcoming environment, and he engages with her really well. We have already noticed improvements in his use of requesting language and in the way he communicates during play.

We are so grateful for her kindness, patience, and professionalism. It's wonderful to see my son enjoying his sessions while developing his communication skills. We highly recommend her to any family looking for a caring and dedicated speech and language therapist.

Our child found Amanda very engaging and really enjoyed the speech therapy sessions. We were surprised that just a few sessions had a huge impact. We paid for a written report which was very helpful for us, and for the school, and enabled a holistic approach to the therapy. It is also worth mentioning that we accessed the sessions online, and this worked really well for our child (age 6).

We had a fantastic experience with Amanda Granton at Salt Road. She conducted 3xspeech therapy sessions for my child, and the results have been remarkable. Amanda introduced highly effective and useful intervention techniques that we could easily implement, and we have already seen a visible, great improvement in my child's progress. Really exceptional service for my son. I found the therapist supportive and knowleagble and age apprioriate as well. My sons difficulties are not acute but we still found a material improvement over a number of weeks which has built his confidence significantly. Cant recommend enough.

Danielle is a great SALT, she has a lot of knowledge about aac also. I have had only 4 sessions with her and later moved on to face to face therapist which I was on wait-list for. But I learnt a lot from her about aac and modelling. Felt more confident in modelling words to my son and in 4 weeks I see him showing interest in aac and speaking more words. She helped with so many activities as well. Thanks Danielle for all the help and patience.

My son was struggling with various sounds Ch, Sh, J and S sounds and his speech wasn’t clear. We haven’t had the right support from the NHS and I decided my son needed additional support. Amanda worked with my son for 3 sessions and I cannot believe how much of a difference this has made. The correct strategies have been put in place and my son’s speech is extremely clear. My son just needed the correct strategies and support and Amanda has helped tremendously with this. The sessions are engaging and fun and I would recommend Amanda and the Saltroad service to any parent who feels they are not being listened to by the NHS or receiving the support their child needs.

My experience has been phenomenal. I was paired with speech therapist Isabel who has kindly assessed, observed and created a programme to assist my 2 year old son in his communication journey. The communication with Isabel has been great and she has shown so much support all the way. Her programs have definitely worked and I would 10000% recommend this company!

I have been booking Judith for my 6 year old son for over 6 months and her visits have been at home and school who has been great with him. My Son is speech delayed so it hasn’t been easy a ride but she has made him work along side him. Also her feedback and time keeping is great.
