Horrible experience with Pull&Bear.

Horrible experience with Pull&Bear.
I had two orders (20291311625 and 20217748248) that were marked as delivered, but I never received either of them. The total value of the missing orders is almost €800.
I have been in contact with Pull&Bear since early June through Instagram direct messages and email for weeks, yet I have received no meaningful updates or resolution.
Customer service keeps sending generic replies. They even sent me a delivery document from the courier containing a signature that is not mine, yet they continue to treat the case as if the delivery was successful.
Losing almost €800 due to this situation is unacceptable. Instead of investigating properly, I keep receiving the same automated responses.
I will never shop with Pull&Bear again, either online or in-store, and I cannot recommend them to anyone. If you're considering ordering online, be aware that if something goes wrong, you may be left without your order and without any real support.

Avoid

I went in to this shop in meadow hall and was stopped by security guard and very rudely told me to leave I said it for my medical needs he dint not care so I spoke to a senior manager and she was happy for me to stay but the the actual manager came and security came and was very rude to me and did not care I have to have a drink on me for my medical needs they was so rude and nasty to me please avoid the shop

Horrendous experience

Horrendous experience! I ordered a pair of jeans which were supposed to be a size 14, however they measured at a size 12. I emailed asking for a free returns label, no response. I sent a what’s app message, this was eventually responded to. I was asked to send pictures of the label and bar code, explained the label stated 14 etc, etc, I was then told they would not accept my return!!!! I told them that I am returning the jeans and if I don’t get my money back I will raise a charge back from the bank…. Surprisingly… I got a returns label!! Never buying anything else from them, their parent company Stradivarius is just as bad for inaccurate sizes . Avoid!

Sizes are very small

Ordered a pair of jeans and they are 2 sizes smaller than the size stated!

I wanted to return them and they’re charging me £5.95 for the privilege with no way to return them myself with a cheaper method.

I would like to thank Lloyd manager at…

I would like to thank Lloyd manager at the Trafford centre store PULL&BEAR for his lovely customer service , he was very patience with sorting my daughter in law refund out , as she never had a receipt for her coat being faulty he track the product by ringing customer service and got it sorted .. such a lovely manager & its staff like him tht makes us want to come back..
I also told my friends tht the store hav such lovely staff tht goes out of the way for you ..

Don’t buy from this company

Don’t buy from this company. Customer service is horrendous! No help, emails get ignored. They’re a joke! Bought an item, raised a home return, they posted a return label didn’t take the parcel. Can’t raise another return as not able to as one in place already. No help whatsoever from online chat/what’s app. I’ve emailed every day for a week and ignored, not one reply! I’ve raised a complaint with the Ombudsman as you just can’t treat people this way it’s vile! Ended up returning to store and now they’ve charged me £4.95 for a home return that didn’t happen and they are ignoring me. Disgusting service, clothes are shite anyway, poor quality!

DONT ORDER ! Happy to take your money, but don’t get a refund from them

I currently ordered some sandals (leather boot sandals) I was told they were arrive in 14 days. Then I was told there was a delay. After contacting a few days later I was asked for my product number, then didn’t hear anything else apart from that they have cancelled my order with no option of claiming the money back from them, They were happy to take the money and then told me to claim it back from my bank.
Probably the worst company, even though they are co partners with Zara
Absolutely shocking wouldn’t recommend ordering from them
And after seeing all the reviews, it shows why

Shocking company

Shocking company. I bought a sweater on holiday in Spain and when I got it out to wear at the airport a thread had unravelled and there was a huge hole in it.

Spanish customer service say I can only return the item in Spain. They will not even provide me with a way to return it unless I take it back to a Spanish shop. This goes against EU law for faulty items, but their CS could not give a toss and basically told me to get lost.

Absolutely appalling business practice.

SHOCKINGLY POOR QUALITY & ZERO SERVICE The products I bought were such horrible poor quality they needed to go in the bin after 2 hours of wearing . customer service ‘ (no phone number) were totally unhelpful and expected me to drive 50 miles to the nearest store . Shockingly poor quality and shockingly bad customer support -the worst products and customer service I have ever experienced

Awful

Awful - Scam!!!!!

Awful AI customer service!

My parcel has gone missing and the last update was over a week ago and nothing since order was £187 no refund for a parcel I have not received and all i get when i try and contact them is AI telling me they are either closed or busy!

Hopefully this review will prompt them to answer their customers issues!!!!

Skate clothes for my son

Ordered items for my son for christmas. Quality of items really good.
Communication good to say when packed and out for delivery. Recieved very quickly.
His jacket was out of stock and i requested a email for when it returns so i hope that works.
Overall very happy with my purchase and customer service.

Avoid

Avoid - it seems to be a scam organisation. No response from customer services despite two emails and it’s impossible to call or chat with anyone -only a virtual assistant which is no help whatsoever. My order was supposedly delivered last week but I cannot access any tracking information.

The worst customer service going

I have spent weeks trying to resolve a simple payment issue with Pull & Bear, and it has been impossible. I’ve contacted them multiple times through every channel available—email, WhatsApp, chat bot, and even in-store—and I have yet to hear back from a single person.

Emails go completely unanswered, not even an automated acknowledgment. The chatbot is useless and offers no solutions. Even more shocking, I was told that refunds cannot be processed in-store! How is a customer supposed to get help when every avenue leads to a dead end?

This is by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. A company of this size should not make it so difficult—if not impossible—for customers to resolve basic issues. Truly unacceptable.

Glasgow silverburn store is awful

Glasgow silverburn store is awful. Most unhelpful assistants and unhelpful manager.
The manager herself is unprofessional, rude and even for the simple tasks is unwilling to help.

I’d score zero if I could

I’d score zero if I could.
I placed an order online 2 months ago and I haven’t received it. The status is showing S still processing. When I do eventually manage to speak to an advisor via WhatsApp, the won’t do anything about it. So they’ve taken my money & not provided the goods.
Also, I sent a return, tracking details show it has been received at their warehouse but they won’t process a refund.
Disgusting company, fraudsters, scammers & thieves.
I wish I’d read these reviews before purchasing!
