Amazing customer service, my representatives (Darnell Taylor and Doug Pennington) were really helpful in explaining and going through all the details with me for anything that was unclear, and were able to offer me a wonderful value for the service.
The machine is new and shinny, but it can not do the very simple tasks i was promised it could do, like my old terminal. Customer service takes a long time to respond. Or if a set time is set. They ignore it and call whenever they feel like it. Or you give the phone number you want them to call yoi on and they call a different one. EVERYTIME. The Best is they help you with an issue and then speak to another rep and they argue with you that it can"t be done. But the first rep literally just did it. Or the dictate to you how something was done, when it wasn't that way at all. It is very frustrating and combative. I definitely have regrets switching to them.

I was approached by a sales representative, Soni Kapoor (also went by “Mike”), who reviewed my existing payment provider and promised better rates. I was explicitly told the new rates would be lower than what I was currently paying.
Unfortunately, this turned out to be misleading. After signing up, the charges ended up being higher than expected. During multiple follow-ups, I was told that “accounting is reviewing the costs” and that someone would get back to me—but I rarely received any clear answers.
I also contacted the Priority Pay help desk, and while they said they would investigate, I never received a proper resolution. Meanwhile, the higher charges continued.
I strongly recommend being cautious when dealing with sales representatives making rate guarantees. Always verify the full fee structure in writing and compare multiple providers before signing any agreement or committing to POS debit machines.
In my experience, companies like Clover and Moneris appear to offer more transparent pricing and clearer details upfront.
