Printify is easy to use and has enhanced my ability to bring my designs to my customers.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. They have horrific customer service. If you decide to start a print on demand business, be prepared to spend a lof of wasted time, strife, stress on your own customer service, and refunds to your customers. As a small business owner, I've had an incredibly frustrating experience with Printify. While the platform itself is easy enough to use, the customer service has been one of the biggest disappointments I've experienced with any business partner.

When orders are delayed or problems arise, there is little to no accountability. The burden almost always falls back on the seller, even though we have no control over production or shipping. Instead of offering meaningful solutions, compensation, or proactive support, you're often met with generic responses and long wait times that do nothing to help resolve the issue.

The amount of time I've spent chasing updates, communicating with support, and apologizing to my own customers because of Printify's issues has been exhausting. Every delay becomes my problem, and the lack of urgency from their support team makes an already stressful situation even worse.

Reliability is critical when you're running an online business, and unfortunately Printify has not been reliable. Production delays, shipping issues, and inconsistent support have made it difficult to confidently serve my customers. Rather than helping protect the businesses that use their platform, it often feels like you're left to absorb the financial loss and damage to your reputation.

I wanted this partnership to work, but after repeated disappointments, I can no longer recommend Printify to anyone who depends on dependable fulfillment and responsive customer service. Small business owners deserve a partner that values their time, their customers, and their reputation.

I love printify ! Their customer service is excellent. They alwsys respond to my emails promptly and incredibly polite , kind, friendly and understanding. Every time I've needed help , they've been there with clear answers and great support. I'ts a pleasure working with a company that truly cares about it's customers especially I am only new here for like 7 months .

Beware!
All good until you have a problem, then customer service is nonexistent!
Had many, many problems of delayed orders through their UK print providers and there is no follow up at all. Just generic emails asking me to wait more time - some orders going 5 days over normal production. Customers waiting for their orders and leaving 1 star reviews because Printify refuse to step in or even contact the printers concerned.
Nightmare of a company!!

I’ve just started printing my artwork on mugs from a company called Harrier via Printify, I’m very pleased with the quality and the ability to easily integrate into Etsy. There’s a rating system for the print companies so you can choose a good one in your region. Very pleased!

Great software and easy to use once you figure things out. Though it takes a few times to figure things out so there is a small learning curve.

It took a little getting used to but once you get the hang of platform it is great. It seemlessly integrates with my selling platform, so that once a order is placed everything is automatic. I still have a bunch to learn but so far so good.

i am glad in just 1 month age i sold 4 products i thank God and prntify a lot plus Etsy

Great Company. for the last 3 years.

I’ve used Printify for multiple orders and overall the experience has been positive. The product range is excellent, the interface is easy to navigate, and integrating designs is straightforward. Production times have generally been consistent, and most items arrived as expected.

Where Printify could improve is in quality consistency across different print providers. Some orders have been perfect, while others varied slightly in colour accuracy or garment feel. Support has been responsive when needed, but resolution times can differ depending on the issue.

What a great product, I have used others like Gelato, but for global delivery, low fuss and high quality, Printify are the best!

It works as expected. I do like the multi-product listing. I also appreciate that the shipping profiles are automatic and the pricing is set to a recommended retail price. I have one shipping profile that did not automatically populate . Not sure why but it had $0.00 for shipping. The items are still sitting in my drafts. I will fix them before listing them.

easy to use and so many products to choose from

It's a shame that shipping is so iffy by print providers, because the quality of printing is actually pretty impressive. Printify's own systems are good and easy to use for the most part. It's the late shipping and even when I pay extra for expedited shipping that has me seriously considering buying my own printing equipment for my business to do it myself. When you're selling products for events and trips, having items arrive late is kind of a nightmare. It's happened often recently.

I like that there's a variety of products that I can sell that wouldn't be possible otherwise. Many of the samples I've bought have been excellent. Two designs on sweatshirts were so huge although they don't look that big on the large sweatshirt preview. The last order I placed had several great things and one tee that was not centered and one that was blurry. Printify is shipping replacements to me.

It is very difficult to make more than $2-$3 per item if you cover shipping and offer any discounts. Other shops can price lower than I can. I'm still enjoying this as fun. If it were our source of income, we'd eating ramen noodles and PB&J sandwiches.

The people who have bought things from my shop gave 5 stars and some said shipping was fast. Thankfully, all of the products customers ordered didn't have any issues.

Your site is very easy to use, which I appreciate. Better mockups would be awesome though.

Terrible customer service, even though I pay for premium subscription. Orders are often late and got so many quality issues. I do not recommend.

This is absolutely the most user friendly site that I have ever used, and they keep trying to improve to make using their service easier.

Easy to understand when creating and also publishing is done very well by Printify. I will be very happy here. I have learned a lot in two days.

100x easier then i thought it would be to get items linked on etsy
