I was disappointed with my experience. The products arrived more than eight days late, despite being advertised as next-day delivery. I contacted On The Table on two separate occasions to ask for an update but unfortunately never received a response to either message.

Thankfully, the delivery company was able to get the order delivered in the end, but by then it had missed the intended birthday, which defeated the purpose of the gift.

I appreciate that delays can happen, but the lack of communication was particularly disappointing. Based on this experience, I'll probably stick to sending flowers for future occasions.

The price of my items was competitive and the service fast. The only thing I would question, and it is a positive and well as a negative, was the high quality of the packaging - tins of anchovies were beautifully packed like pedigree kittens in a beautiful box-withi-a-box. Perfect for re-gifting foody items though. Can't believe I'm 'complaining' about something being too good....

The company left out some smoky cashew pesto and the flat breads were out of date. We ordered this box to celebrate our anniversary and so this really disappointed us. We’d like a refund for the flatbreads and the smoky cashew pesto.

So easy, so beautiful and a beautiful experience

Delivery was late, just left on a step for all to see. The item I wanted my friend to recieve was replaced without warning for something she doesn't like.
Far too expensive for 4 items.

On The Table is fabulous and is my go-to for gifting. Presented beautifully, great selection and happy owners at the other end.
