Great at sales, but post sales is appalling. It is now almost 8 weeks since I bought a car from them. I was promised all the documentation and second key within 4 weeks. They sent me a service book for a different car and after repeated emails they eventually sent the permiso de circulación. Still no second key, service book, or ficha tecnica. Just fob you off, so it’s time to denounce them!!

Everything was great, then you buy... I bought a JEEP, I haven't seen it in weeks/months because it had hidden issues from day 1 and thankfully I had the warranty. They refuse to give me specifics, it's on the garage permanently with no specific date.

I would give zero stars to this bunch of lying crooks if I could.
I paid in full for a car 3 weeks ago which I was told would be ready in 4 days - after 12 days of chasing, lies and avoidance I was told the car was ready to collect.
I drove 21/2 hours to collect it - the saleswoman went through the paperwork and told me about all of the checks that had been done - specifically that the cabrio roof was checked and working as was the engine etc.
I think you can guess what is coming next…. On staring the car the service needed light illuminated, and on trying to to open the roof… it didnt work. The next 2 hours were spent being ignored whilst various staff from the garage tried to to make it work - despite me showing them both in person and with videos how the roof was operated. After 2 hours we gave up and left, with them promising a phone call within an hour.
As expected that phone call never came. We spent the next few days phoning and messaging them, no response. We then threatened legal action and got a message saying the car was at a mini garage to be fixed - except it wasnt because when i chased and threatened legal action agin they told me it couldnt be fixed until ‘Madrid approved the payment’. I have chased everyday for a week with no response.
Today I asked for an update and said I was going to contact my lawyer. I got a message saying someone would phone me in 15 minutes. 2 hours and 15 minutes later I got a call saying that the car was still at another garage and hadn’t been fixed as ‘they were still waiting for Madrid to approve the payment’. I queried why this might be and was told that Madrid had had holidays all week - i questioned this and it seems Madrid had only had the same bank holiday as someone else and simply didnt care enough about their legal obligation to provide the car, nor any kind of customer satisfaction
I asked for a number / email for the CEO and was told that I wasnt allowed this, I asked for details of the legal department to serve legal papers and was told I wasnt allowed this either. I was told I had to contact customer services - I explained this was pointless as I had and they too had ignored my messages. The rep replied that they had got my messages as they had contacted him - he could not tell me how I might get them to respond to me but refused to offer any other contact details or assistance.
They seem to misunderstand that they have full payment for the car, a car that they lied about checking, a car that they have sent to a garage to be fixed without any kind of payment approval and a car that there is no timetable for me to get. This is despite their legal obligation to provide the car within 10 days of the deposit being paid.
It beggars belief that they continue to operate in this way - I can only warn people not to use them.
UPDATE. following the response below I did indeed email them again as requested. I expected a prompt reply given the severity of my complaint.
Seven hours plus later ….. nothing.
The branch have sent me a WhatsApp saying that if they don’t have an update by tomorrow I can have a refund or another car - neither of which go anywhere near what’s needed to remedy the situation !

What a nightmare we had with OcasionPlus Lucena! Our first visit, I found the salesmen very pushy. We've got interested in a car with a manual gearbox that was available in Cordoba. I needed to pay 350,- to do the transport/reservation with the promise I would get my money back if we didn't like the car after a test drive, so I paid. After paying I suddenly got an email with a form that I needed to sign. In that form nothing was written that I would get my money back, all the opposite. Calling with the sales representative and his boss explaining that that was not the deal as agreed on both the boss and sales representative lied and changed constantly their story. Becoming tired of their lies we got to Cordoba and had a testdrive with the car. The sales representative in Cordoba was helpful and friendly.
The car had some electronic issues that didn't gave us a good feeling. The next day we asked for our money back and for two weeks of calling, begging, lies and not calling back finally Agust from Lucena helped us with getting back our money. The boss, Isra, fired the first sales representative, which for me, is very weak. To sack someone is the last resort, to train then would have been the best. Here I see that the company is all about to get your money, no service, just a quick sale filled with lies and fake promises.

I would give a minus if possible.
WARNING
Do not put a reservation down unless you are sure you are going to buy.
What they do not tell you is this is basically non refundable.
The company and the staff are totally useless and cannot provide any sort of accurate cost and change their minds on final costs.
I finally got reimbursed but it was one he'll of a job.
Never ever will I use this company or another that use these tactics to secure a sale to their benefit and not the buyers.
-1000 for quality of performance

**Preface:** This was our first time buying a vehicle in Europe, but it will definitely be our last with OcasionPlus.
We purchased a 2025 Peugeot model with 14,000 km. The car was advertised as having “one owner,” yet when we took possession, we had to delete dozens of paired phones, and the spare key was from Hertz. I had specifically avoided rental cars because they tend to be heavily used and poorly treated. Update: the user's manual was in a Victory Car Rental folder).
The service light was on at pickup. The salesman told us to bring the car back so their technician could reset it. We tried, but the tech had injured himself and the reset requires a diagnostic tool. Fine. We returned a week later, but again the technician wasn’t there, so we left.
Then the tire pressure light came on—twice—so we filled the tires ourselves. When we brought the car back again, the salesman suddenly produced the diagnostic tool and reset the service light on the spot. Why that wasn’t done earlier is beyond me.
Next, the interior B‑pillar trim fell off; it was missing three clips. We asked about it, but the salesman stopped responding because it was now 14 days after the sale. Update: It cost 129 Euros to fix the B-pillar and install new windshield wipers.
When I went to clean the windshield, I discovered the wiper fluid reservoir was completely empty.
All of this makes us doubt that OcasionPlus performed even the most basic servicing, so we’re taking the car to Peugeot for a proper inspection.
Update: they painted the car. If you know Maaco, that's the quality. The hood is chipping, the side rockers are flaking, and they painted over the Blind Spot Monitoring sensors on the bumpers.
It’s also been a bit of culture shock to learn that they don’t fill the fuel tank, that paying in cash costs €2,000 more than financing, and that they limit how much cash you can put down when financing.

Never buy a car there. We paid 17,000 euros for a car under warranty. We said we no longer wanted it due to the repairs and complaints about the car. Terrible service; in the 8 months we had it, it spent 4 months in the garage for repairs. Then we received an offer of 8,000 euros for the car. Criminals! Don't buy there!!!!!!!!!❌️❌️❌️❌️❌️❌️❌️

This is, without a doubt, the worst car dealership I have ever had to deal with. I strongly recommend avoiding it at all costs.
When I bought the car and paid the full amount, they entered the wrong address on all the documents. They never asked me to confirm the correct address. Afterwards they tried to correct it, but they made the same mistake two more times.
When I went to pick up the car, I saw that the alloy wheels had been removed and the car had only basic steel wheels. When I pointed this out, they promised that the alloy wheels would be installed within two days.
I bought the car in November and it is now March. I still have to keep insisting that they install the alloy wheels on my car. After several months, the issue remains unresolved.
In my opinion, removing part of the vehicle’s equipment before the customer picks it up and selling the car in conditions different from those advertised is completely unacceptable.
Customer service has been nonexistent and the management extremely unprofessional. It has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

After buying a 4x4 from Ocasion plus Almeria I unfortunately had a serious transmission fault immediately after purchase. My local Ocasion plus dealer, Yamil, and his colleague Carmen in Alhaurin El Grande were so helpful throughout the repair carried out under guarantee at GL Automocion, big thank you to Antonio.

Giving 1* review to this company is more than generous! We bought a car for 19K with additional insurance and the car has been a total disaster and off the road and in the garage more than we have driven it. Another 7 weeks and we are still without the car. The communication is dreadful and the customer service is beyond horrific. Avoid at all costs!

Before visiting, the seller confirmed by email that the car was available at their Murcia location. Based on that explicit confirmation, we travelled there. Upon arrival, the car was not there at all. We were then told that the vehicle was actually in a different province.
While we were at the dealership, the staff immediately tried to push us towards another, more expensive car, instead of the one we had specifically contacted them about. Shortly after we left, the exact same car appeared online again — this time suddenly listed as being located in Alicante.
So in summary:
- The car’s location was confirmed by email.
- The car was not present upon arrival.
- The advertised location changed multiple times in a single day.
We were pressured to consider a more expensive alternative.
This is a textbook bait-and-switch tactic and a complete waste of the customer’s time. The lack of transparency feels deliberate rather than accidental.
I would strongly advise others to be very cautious when dealing with OcasiónPlus. Based on this experience, I do not consider them trustworthy.

We've paid full price for our car over a month ago. The car was with the dealer for two weeks before we came. They said it was checked, but one warning lamp was on. We were told it's a small sensor to be changed. It's a month since than and the only answer we got is that the car is still waiting for the part in the Cupra service. We know that from the salesman. Nobody from atencionalcliente replied for any of our emails. We offered them a few solutions, but still no answer, no results. Our money is with them for over a month. I cannot recommend that company as they don't check the car before delivery and when there's a problem they are not answering any emails. Plus they keep your money without any solution/offer.
Edited after getting a reply... Contacted many times the that email. 4946MBR is the registration - "resevado" on your website for over last two months. Fully paid since the end of last year! No results, still no car, no money and no replay to any of my offers of how to solve the situation. Obvoiusly they want me to cancel the contract, so they can give the money back and wash hands. Will buy the car somewhere else, but my lawyer will stay with ocasionplus to make sure they will compensate us.

Reply from OcasionPlus
Jose and Jose did a great job, explaining the very complicated and very un-transaparant paperwork of OcasionPlus.
That is what I don´t understand, why the secrecy about the contracts? In the end all is perfectly in order but the secrecy almost made us decide NOT to buy

Ive been trying for nearly 3 months to get a refund of 10250e. I have raised 2 cases (as above) and they keep moving the goalposts asking documents they require to do the refund, i have provided everything and more than they asked for...even though they have my bank details from when I transferred the funds and still nothing. I have yet again given them what they've asked for. Ive emailed again asking for confirmation that the refund has been done and SILENCE! I cannot write off 10250e. The persons in the cliente service department ive been dealing with are "Laura" & "Clara" and "Kevin Noelia" who is believe is the person to do the refund.

I called into the dealership in Murcia today to enquire about trading my car for a newer model. It was difficult to get anyone to help initially .When a salesman came to speak to me I asked for a trade in price. He looked at my car and gave me a value which shocked me .I am in the motor trade and understand everyone needs to make a profit but the value he gave me was ridiculously low.I said I wouldnt waste his time any further. I drove to another dealership and the salesman. Offered me 3 times as much.My advice shop around. Deeply disappointed

We just filled a complaint against them with police national! They bought our car then refused to pay us and then tretend to keep the car , if we didn’t sign a letter absolving them from all wrongdoing! To long of a list to repeat but we have all emails and calls well documented for court!
Well we have all the threats on video!
I pretended to sign the document but instead wrote the words „ under force „ in it and handed them a letter with the complaint ! They were dumb enough to think it was my signature so I got my car ( worth 20000 euros) god thanks! Now big lawsuit is coming for them ! Super careful with this so called people! We have the copy of the criminal complaint! We can send it anytime!
Hey the email address you wrote in your response isn’t valid! That was clear!
