Worst Customer Service.
The 088 663 06 63 recording is only in Dutch. Had to wait more than 10 minutes to connect with customer care agent. Once connected, she disconnected the call arrogantly in the middle without supporting for my request. The only bad service experience I faced so far in Netherlands is from them.
a nighmare
A water damage happened in February and they tell me in June that they won't cover it. They don't even facilitate the insurance report, so I could claim it from the insurance that would cover (who needs that report). They can only be reached by telephone to leave a message to the person in charge who will basically never get in touch with you and just send an automatic reply that they won't cover... It's November now and nothing has changed. Keep away from this FRAUD!

For residential property insurance, it is impossible to login to a system to see all the policies I possess. As a result, it's difficult to remember which policies we already have, and which we need to buy. As a result, I bought the same policy a couple of times!

NN Hellas insurance company is the worst in the world, demonstrating a consistent pattern of unacceptable behavior towards its customers.It systematically breaches contract terms,refuses to pay out claims,and exhibits unreasonable delays or complete indifference in customer service.
Specifically,following the acquisition of Metlife,has failed to fulfill its obligations to its policyholders Metlife, violating contract terms and applying unlawful compensation terms. A characteristic example is the refusal to compensate for colonoscopies,gastroscopies etc in cases of polypode ,tissues etc removal, classifying them as diagnostic procedures rather than surgical interventions in order to discount the cost of claims.
Due to the aforementioned violations, the relevant Greek and European authorities will be notified. Additionally, the case will be publicized on social media to inform Greek and Global foreign citizens in a timely manner, enabling them to avoid doing business with NN company, which is undoubtedly the worst insurance option globally.
We urge all potential customers to avoid NN Hellas insurance company at all costs. Their unethical business practices and disregard for customer rights make them a clear danger to anyone seeking insurance coverage.

Impossible to ‘stop’ being their customer. I am still receiving monthly reminders to pay huge sums of money while I have officially left everything with NN (I used to have my mortgage there). It is impossible to get in touch with them, they dont follow up on calls, take weeks to respond to emails and make it very difficult to get out of this scam. Time to notify about this on all social channels - it has been almost 2 years now
Useless dental insurance.
We moved to this health insurance provider because they offer higher dental insurance. However, if you have expensive dental treatments and your dentist confirms this, they will not grant you the insurance. Take note! I was shocked. I moved from a nice company with a good tariff, an app, a health insurance card, and good customer service to this ode to capitalism. I cannot even say how done in I feel. And now I am stuck with this company for a whole year. Do your research, and don't let this happen to you.

Premium increase scam
Received an email in my spam saying that unless I called them to tell them that nothing had changed with the insurance I wanted, then my premium would go up by 25%.
This is borderline illegal.
