NAT PAT Customer Service.
The customer service is second to none. Response is almost immediate. I didn't receive my order in the delivery window provided when ordered. Contacted customer service and was told order had not been filled and was still in "fulfilment". Was offered to cancel order as it hadn't been sent, chose to wait a few more days. Order arrived today. I didn't receive email stating it had been sent. So not sure if there was a communication problem within the shipping department (no email notification) so wiling to place partial blame on Canada Post. In spite of the shipping problem, I recommend Nat Pat and am looking forward to using the products.

Great customer service and products
The customer service was above and beyond. Not only they were willing to send me the replacements if the order didn't arrive, but remained kind and undestanding when it turned out the fault was on our end. The initial response was almost immediate when I contacted them, and all replies were within a few minutes. We just had a very customer service with another company, so it is very refreshing to know this company cares about the customer experience! We have been using the tick repellent stickers on our dogs when we go hiking, and they work really well. Highly recommended!

Amazing customer service! Outstanding products!
Delivery issue was handled promptly, professionally, and above and beyond all customer service expectations. Had an even higher expectation for the products. Well, that was exceeded! GREAT product! Safe and effective. Especially for my 2YO grandson who loves being outdoors in the thick of everything. Highly recommend!!

Great product, even better customer service! I forgot about a recurring order and received a reminder email. I have not used all of my stickers yet and need it cancelled. I sent an email to customer service and they resolved my issue within minutes (at 11pm EST)!! Cancelled order, no questions asked. Thanks for being so flexible!

Very pleased with company
I was disappointed at first when I ordered and my order was late but It was quickly looked into by Caz and I was refunded 10% and when my order didn’t come in at all the week after, I was refunded fully and a new order was put it at no extra cost for me. The immediate response and compensation was impressive and I will for sure be supporting this brand from here on out!

Customer service: Quick response, accommodating, polite, professional. Makes it worth it to purchase from company.
Product: looking forward to trying the tick patches a bit more, so far so good! both they and the mosquito patches have a light scent and adhere well to clothing.
