They won't let me purchase because I won too much. They disabled chat support for my account so I can't request them to correct this.

Genuinely a scam company. If they want me to remove this, they can issue an apology and remove the purchase limit on my account and restore access to my account.

Bought the $19.99 pack that included 200,000 coins, 50 stars, and 50 Sweepstakes Coins (SC) advertised as "free with purchase."

I got the 200,000 coins and 50 stars immediately. The 50 SC never showed up in my account — and that was the whole reason I bought this pack. If the "free" SC isn't included, then the package is misleading.

Contacted support no resolution. Just automated replies and delays. No SC credited, no refund offered.

If you advertise 50 SC with a paid purchase, you need to deliver it. This is false advertising + slow service. I paid $19.99 and did not get what was promised.

I really love Modo but lately it's been like throwing money away when playing there. They have really awesome coin deals and redemption is fast. They have a very large selection of slots and they also have table games. Try your luck and have some fun.

The selection is great. Was given a great discount for new account. Verifying identity, address and bank was super easy and quick. Cashed out and got my deposit later the same night.

I’ve won several times and the money is put in right away. Some of it takes 24 hours but it’s gotten in there love playing this casino. It’s real.

I used play the daily’s everyday and buy once in a while but …. They seemed to play with me for the last few months especially on the weekends where it would kick me off and change my location and say I’m in a different region and can’t play real money. Last time I bought a package it stole my $20 once I hit buy my location changed and they only gave me gold coins which isn’t real money … I contacted support she basically said to watch what I buy like I bought the wrong package lol and that sometimes towers around can kick me off into another zone … I pretty much lost my money and they didn’t even try to compensate me the $20 to play the real money like it was my fault I told her to look into my account and she will see I’ve never played with the fake coins ever so why would I spend $20 on it and that was that. I said I would never go back to them. I’m still mad that was a couple weeks ago !!

Good game to play love playing it

I’m in a similar situation as other reviews in regards to account restriction and what some would consider a scam.

Like everyone else I received email notification that my account had been flagged for more verification due to compliance blah blah blah.

I supplied all the requested documents and to my surprise I received a email that the review was complete and as a result my acccount would be TEMPORARILY restricted from purchasing.

Keep in mind I’m gold vip and have invested at this point almost 80,000 into this site this year.

I’m now in the awkward position with a large balance on site in limbo stuck. Unable to purchase the promotions that I spent so much to achieve.

For example today is the gold vip weekly bonus where you can purchase 300sc for $270. I’m restricted from participating.

Like the other reviews I’m confident that I will NEVER be able to purchase here and as of this review I’m not able to receive a rather substantial amount that I have on site.

Not the best and to add the cherry on top there customer service is clearly overseas/artificial intelligence and I can allready tell getting this resolved will not be easy.

There are so many sites that handle verification and compliance in a a transparent and consistent manner.

This is not one of them.

I love the games

Modo is probably the best social casino out there. Verification is easy. Payouts are instant. The only reason I gave 4 of 5 stars is because they do charge a small percentage of your winnings for the instant payouts. In my opinion, worth it. Or wait for those other sites to pretty much pay you when they feel like it.

I had my first withdraw yesterday and the money was deposited the following day. Other sites make you jump through so many hoops to get paid. I'll be spending more time on your site going forward.

The casino is fun and the game options are great

Love this game it hit fast for me and payout was easy. I got mine in less than 24 hours.

I’m seriously disappointed to have to write this because generally I do enjoy this site but I am so disappointed and feel completely robbed tonight and it’s NOT okay and customer service refused to rectify the issue and kept repeating generic things although I showed them proof of $230 in SCs I was owed. Proof from their OWN system.

I made NINE purchases to complete one of the puzzles. My 9th purchase was a free purchase boost which brought my SC balance just over 30. When I got the last puzzle I got a pop up congratulating me on my prize. But no prize. I thought it was strange but had some work to do so figured I’d send a quick message to support later tonight.

I sent them a message and got Bernadette. I told her that I never received my prize from completing the puzzle and to be fair I made 9 purchases to get it so I kind of felt like I deserved it no? So first Bernadette tries to tell me I never completed the first puzzle. Good thing I could go back and take a screenshot showing it was completed. Then all of the sudden it was that I did complete it and claimed my prize. What prize I ask??? Bernadette says 230 SCs was the prize. I said…ummm well I did not get a prize at all let alone 230 SCs so I would like the prize credited.

Bernadette says well at 8:05pm ET you claimed it. She says I can go into my wallet history and confirm. First of all, didn’t even need to do that because I would have known if I claimed $230 in SCs but I did it anyway and confirmed….the prize was never credited. You can clearly see my last purchase for the 30 SC which got me the prize then unfortunately straight down ti zero so yea…I would have noticed. Take screen shots of the wallet and show her it was never credited. First she tries to suggest I’m showing her the wrong transaction because it says 7:05 pm….so I remind her I’m in central time. Then she continues to tell me I claimed it and completely ignores the screenshots from the wallet proving I never received the $230 telling me that she understands my confusion and feelings but she’s going based on the account records in the system. 1. I am not confused I am showing you clear evidence I never received it. 2. I’m literally getting the information I’m screenshotting FROM YOUR RECORDS ON YOUR SITE.

I am highly disappointed by this experience as Bernadette continues to ignore the evidence provided and refused to honor the 230 she confirmed I won as the the prize even with records clearly showing I never received it, didn’t play anything but the 30, and had an account balance of less than a dollar.

Really terrible customer service and if you’re reading this Modo I hope someone who cares about their paying customers credits my account with the 230 SCs I should have had. I have full screenshots of my conversation confirming I won 230, screenshot confirming I completed the puzzle, and screenshots from my wallet history. I play across a lot of platforms so I am no stranger to sites trying to pull one over on you, just never thought it would be this one. Super disappointed. I really take this to be a reputable site so I hope it’s just your rep and a one off situation.
