Terrible quality. This dropshipping website is here making horrible dupes of clothes. I received a cheaply made fabric-less dupe of what they show on the website and the refund is only relivered AS A GIFT CARD!!

DO NOT BUY FROM MISS ROSIER. They will delay your order for MONTHS, lose your dress, give you same scripted excuse I've seen in other reviews, and finally came in but in bad quality. If you return anything, they'll claim they never got it. Cancel now while you still can. Total scam. 0 star if I can!

Do not purchase from this website. First of all the sizings are not correct. They make it so difficult to return the products by making the process longer then it should including taking pictures of the items and making you pay for the shipping . Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely loved this dress! The quality is amazing, the fabric feels luxurious, and it fits perfectly. It looks exactly like the photos, and I received so many compliments wearing it. Shipping was fast, and the whole shopping experience was smooth. I would definitely order from Missrosier again! Highly recommend!

Where do I start . Firstly sizing is completely off . Ordered an X-Large dress and it would only fit my daughter who is a. Size 8 . Trouble starts when you try to return the item . A list of emails offering a gift card further discount but not a refund. They stated that the office was in the USA and customs and shipping etc would be very expensive for me . Then offered to keep the dress and a discount code to order again . Eventually as I could get a full refund they gave me 60 percent ie 120 euro of a 200 euro dress . The word scam comes to mind . Do not buy from site

‼️Buyer beware. Dress arrived after approximately 1 month and the quality of the dress is poooor, color of the dress not matching the image of the dress in their website the when I contacted them to request a return and a refund, they started pushing me to accept a 110% gift card instead of processing my refund.
While they kept delaying my case, they changed the return policy on their website!!!
I have evidence of the policy change. On top of that, the product I received did not match the photos. Based on my experience, I do not recommend buying from this store.

They changed the policy from refunding same as original payment to refunding only gift cards!!!

Manipulating your return policy after a customer’s purchase is something scammers do, not respectable companies.

I have approximately 16 dresses and skirts from online shop Miss Rosier. And 2 items are on the way to Thailand is where I live.
My experience with this shop always was positive and items I purchased satisfied me with beauty and quality. Never return a thing. Once I had longer period to wait but custom service via email provided me good service and informed me why my parcel too long time to wait - so there wasn’t any long response at all and pretty helpful and informative.
Discount they provide on the web site works perfectly and it isn’t scam.
I’m really happy of buying clothes in Miss Rosier shop and it’s pretty obvious as my Instagram is filled with beautiful dresses they make.

It’s a scam! Don’t buy from those thieves. The products are extremely low quality and the size do not correspond to what is stated in their website , no refund possible ! This is illegal

Do not buy anything from this company! Make sure they don’t have your credit or debit card info. I bought from them, my clothes arrived stained, and their customer service was terrible. Right after I complained, unauthorized charges appeared on my card, so I had to block it and get a new card entirely. Don't fall for it, even if you see influencers promoting them. Stay away!

Its a scam.
Dress did arrive but it did not look anything like what I ordered and you couldnt even wear it, it was so bad.
Company will never offer a money refund or provide a return address.
Sadly Revolut couldnt help me get the money back because apparently UK Trading Standards laws mean nothing when you are dealing with Visa.
Best of luck if you are fighting for your money back.

The dress I received bore only a passing resemblance to the images. I think they either doctor photos or straight up steal them from other brands. Terrible quality- the fabric looked like it would catch fire! AVOID

I wish I had listened to all the TikTok reviews warning people about this company.
The dress I received looked like a cheap AliExpress knockoff. The quality was terrible, the fabric was shiny, thin, and completely see-through, and it looked NOTHING like the photos on their website. It honestly felt like a completely different product.
The customer service made the experience even worse. Instead of simply honoring my return, I had to go back and forth in endless emails because they kept trying to offer me a store credit instead of refunding my money. Why would I want a gift card when the first dress was already so disappointing? I don't trust the quality of anything they sell anymore.
On top of that, they charge a €6 restocking fee, and I had to pay €25 myself to ship the item back internationally. So after receiving a product that was nothing like advertised, I still ended up losing money.
This company spends more effort making it difficult to get your money back than making quality clothing.
Consider this a warning before ordering. I definitely won't be shopping here again.

DON’T BUY FROM THEM!!!!! bought a lace dress from them without reading Trustpilot and their dumb return policy where they won’t give u your money back but a website giftcard or something and now im stuck with a cheap looking dress which looks like they got from aliexpress. + it came with a stain in the inside and they claim it wasn’t there before which means I couldn’t send back the dress in the first place

Very low quality, products are nothing like the pictures. It is not possible to return. Scam!!!
